The customer service and the atmosphere as soon as I step foot in this store is absolute astonishing. The store is always so clean and the quality of the bowls being served are outstanding. A common girl working up front named Olivia is my favorite to get. She is always so kind and does her best to make my experience at Playa Bowls a good one. I never walk out of this store unsatisfied and even if there is a mess up, they are always jumping to fix the problem. 5 stars all around and I will be back. Playa 4 Life!!

I frequent this playa bowls almost 3-4 times a week for about 9 months because the staff is always so friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. My last two recent visits, the fruit is almost nothing. I can see there are new hires but the bowl I received today, I could count the Blueberries on my bowl. I’m paying for the price of the fresh ingredients, please put them on my bowl.

I came in around 9a. They looked like they were setting up for the day. I ordered my food and watched as the 3 girls walked around and hung signs. The person who took my order was wearing gloves and sneezed into her shirt with the gloves on. She also used the gloves while touching the ordering screen that everyone and customers touch. I then saw her hang up a sign and then came to make my bowl. I didn’t see her change her gloves. I saw her pick up the strawberries with the gloves and cut up my banana. I feel disgusted because I didn’t see her change the gloves. I really hope she did. I prayed over my food. So hopefully I don’t get sick.

good location, prices and quality. however, the topping portions are a bit inconsistent which makes it hard to order exactly what I want. sometimes my bowl is overflowing with fruit, other times it’s just a few, despite always ordering the same thing

We frequently order from them. Probably a few times a week. We ordered online and I called to say no granola or coconut flakes (I’m allergic) and they shut there phones off well before it was closing time. I also took screen caps. What type of business shuts there phones off before they close? Needless to say I’m gonna have to complain to door dash now to get my money back (this is the second time this has occurred).

I have gone to this Playa Bowls on several occations and I am usually a fan. However the other day I went to order and stood at the counter while 4 employees looked right at me without saying a word. They were pretty busy but a “We’ll be with you in a minute” would have gone a long way. After standing there for 5 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged, I walked out without buying anything. Your customer service could use a little help.

The place is nice, not a bad location. The inside fekt a bit dirty to me, the reason I say this is because the table I was it felt sticky and the floors as well. The service is a bit slow but it’ll probably get faster in due time. One thing to note, the register’s screen was disgusting. People from all walks of life come to thus place, pay with cards and have to sign with their fingers. A sanitizer spray or even wipes could take care of that issue. Hygiene comes before service.
