Loved the place! Entertaining and fun, and the staff was great! The lady at the entrance was friendly and helpful. even the mechanic was very informative, cheerful and nice. Everything was great! My only wish the entrance/exits were more secure. I feel at ease when there is a definite system in place in order to assure that my child cannot exit without me. The building is far too big with numerous places to be unseen…the panic of not being able to find your child is real. Please review competitors in this markets methods of security and take note. secure the gate with a guard and so that everyone can relax and enjoy this great place!

We had so much fun here. The staff was super friendly. The food was amazing. The salad bar was full of fresh food and it all looked and tasted great. The Go Kart track was so fun for our 5 and 4 year old. Plus laser tag and mini golf all under one roof in the air conditioning. Well worth the money. We will be back. Probably soon if I had to guess.

We took my little boy for his birthday. We had a wonderful time. This was only our second time to go but both were great experiences. I definitely wanted to point out (don’t know his name) but it was the guy that ran the gyroscope tonight (new year’s eve). He was such a people person. He went above and beyond to make sure people were having a great time and to put a smile on people’s faces.

My father, my sister, and I took 5 of my neices and nephew on a Monday evening. We did the pit pass for the kids and general admission for the adults. The upstairs games (unlimited, no tokens or credit needed with pit pass) were pretty limited. Some of the staff were less than friendly, and the food was pretty below average even for a buffet, and it just all seems a bit over priced. There were not many games that the younger two could play and enjoy, so maybe younger kids should be a little bit cheaper. We were also not thrilled about the bar, as we thought this was a place for kids. The kids still had fun, and we had fun watching them have fun.

We decided to go here instead of exchanging gifts with close friends of ours. We had a great time from adult down to child. The food was great, the staff was helpful, and the facility was clean. (And, I came in first in laser tag!) Thanks for a good time at a great price.

I have never ever in my life placed a review on any restaurant or business. But this place was so nasty I had to create an account just to do a review! This place is NASTY. Disgusting. Unsanitary. The food was terrible. IF you got a slice of pizza! They never had enough! The food just looked like it had roaches in it. I get one slice of pizza, you get to the sitting area, there’s NO WHERE to sit because all of the tables were filled with dirty dishes. Awful! Save your money and go to Dave and Busters.

I will say that the volume and quality of food was lacking on this trip to Playtime. There were no more than 3 pizzas out at one time and they were cut into so many slices that the wide part of the pizza slice was the width of a fork. There was only chocolate ice cream and one mystery dessert in the dessert bar. There were bbq meatballs with soupy pasta, potatoes and gravies. Then of course salad. It was packed with people, but no food. Then, I looked up the prices before I got there and asked for the 3 hour special they posted on their web page only to be told I had to buy it online. There was no suggestion past the denial. So I went to the site on my phone, bought the package and showed it to them. Poor customer service. Then of course the bathroom doors were broken so if you didn’t have a partner to hold the door, good luck with keeping your business private. Overall, the trip was very different from how it was years ago. Very disappointing. The games were good though. So if you want to keep paying money and be TAXED at the kiosk machine, then there you go.

The buffet was gross. The go karts was super fun but ccouldn’t find anybody to give us the putters and balls for mini golf. When i went to go pick out a prize the girl behind the counter was rude to me and my kids.

Walked in and there were 2 people at the registers. There was a very long line only one register open and the girls were standing there talking. When we finally got there the packages were not explained clearly. I wanted the ones where you got the 2 attractions but I wanted to purchase more attractions later if need be. We ended up getting the unlimited ones which would have been great but the cards didn’t work for half the games ( even the ones it should have worked on because they had no tickets or merchandise attached to them. We got there around 3 on a Sunday. When we got in line for the buffett there was hardly anything all and two of the soda machines were out of ice and no syrup. There were no spoons or forks and there was trash everywhere around the ice cream machine. There was nowhere to sit and tables that were piled with dirty plates and cups. The bathrooms were filthy and the employees were not helpful at all! I have been here several times before this and had a wonderful experience. I don’t know what happened this time but I seriously thought about getting my money back and leaving but I have 3 kids it would have disappointed. I will not be back to spend a ridiculous amount of money for such a horrible experience!
