Fiesta Garibaldi in Waukesha is amazing! We had such a great experience. They happily accommodated our group of 8 at 7pm on a Saturday evening with separate checks. The atmosphere, staff, food and drinks were perfect. I tried a meal off their authentic Mexican seafood menu and it was the perfect amount of spice and deliciousness. Our server was Amazing and so attentive. Thank you to all the staff at Fiesta Garibaldi Waukesha for an awesome experience.

6/15/23. ordered chicken chimichangas, received beef, had to wait till the end of our meal for new ones and with no compensation for the mistake, the server made it far more confusing than it needed to be. I also asked for the $6 marg and was charged $8.75. When the bill came we also noticed I was charged for the meat in my chimichanga when there was no mention of that charge in the menu. When i questioned the bill the server said she heard me order beef. There’s not a day in my life I’ve ever ordered beef anything. The manager tried apologizing but only removed the meat charges but the added one at the end. There are far too many places to choose from and with how high costs to eat out are I will NOT be back.
