Great place, however, wait staff was not attentive. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere we wanted to. We were the only patrons. Sat in a booth, and waited 10 minutes for the bartender, server to finish his call. Got our drinks, one at a time. They were fabulous and had 2. The chips were stale, not what you would expect at a nicer Mexican restaurant. The entrees were delicious, and the place was hopping before we left. Next time in Windom, we will go again.

I’ve had it before and it was good. They must have a new cook. Today I had the driest shrimp I’ve ever tasted. Nothing was seasoned even the salsa couldn’t save it. My kids were begging me for ranch so it would taste like something. I don’t think we will be eating here again unfortunately.

I ordered a to go combo meal. When I opened it at home, all of the food had slid to the top (not by me), the corn taco shell was soggy and pitiful looking, all the food had mixed together and the chips were stale. Plus nothing was even warm and I was there in plenty of time to pick my order up n still had to wait.

Waitress was very rude through our chips on the table and walked away Restaurant was not extremely busy. We left as we were never waited on. 3 employees sitting at the bar chatting only one waitress running around trying to serve the few customers there. Never Have we had any problems with service we will probably give it another try in the future.

Went for lunch. Good food. But had to ask for the check after waiting 10 minutes and our plates were finished, and drinks were long gone-it wasn’t busy so a bit frustrating when on a time limit for lunch break.

We have been to the restaurant several times. We have not had very good customer service or experience. They don’t greet us when we come into the restaurant. They have gotten our order wrong several times. They have charged us incorrectly. The food is bland. We don’t plan on coming back.

The food quality is getting bad at Windom. My husband’s steak was raw. Mine wasn’t but I still got sick from eating there twice recently. Got home in time to through up. They’re not clean. Even the plastic menus are crusty. I won’t eat there anymore.

The food was good but when your server is lazy mad to be at work he goes as far as pretending to no English okay let’s speak Spanish only made it worse! I bussed the table and fetched salsa etc…In waiters defense we was in the middle of a blizzard first for me, and all I wanted was a warm place, crunchy taco and a Tecate’ with lime maybe some salt!
