Absolutely GREAT tacos al pastor! When I dream of tacos al pastor, this is what the dream is! Stopped in after finding this place online and I’m glad we did! Definitely recommend! I’ll be back!

The service is very good for a campus restaurant, we went before a movie at Gateway at a less busy time on Friday at 6p and were seated with no wait. The service is friendly although they do speak Spanish (a plus given the restaurant). The drinks were fairly quick and of good volume.

Our overall experience was less than average. This is not authentic Mexican food and our food was very bland and flavorless. The food is also over priced for what you get. We were seated promptly but did not go during a busy hour. Overall I would not recommend this.

The food was just okay. My steak taco had lettuce instead of cilantro and onions that I’m use to. The Octopus margarita definitely has a kick.

This is my favorite Mexican place in town. I always get the steak tacos because they are fatty. In addition, their Margarita makes you tipsy right away. So, careful!

Service was a little slow like others have said but it was a Friday night just before a Newport concert so it was a little busy. Food was good, as expected, good chips, salsa, guac, queso and fajitas!

I went for an early dinner (5pm) on a Wednesday and had the place to myself. The food was quite tasty and the portions were very generous. I’m a big eater and even I couldn’t finish everything. Not for lack of trying, though. I particularly enjoyed one thing that most people find trivial in a Mexican restaurant: The rice. It had a delicate flavor, not too spicy or overpowering and it was nice to see lima beans in the mix along with the usual minced vegetables. Overall, it was a big hearty meal and I would definitely return.

this place rocks. classic mexican restaurant chips and salsa are always the perfect munchie and this place doesn’t stray from that tradition. we went on taco tuesday where we got some absolutely BOMB street tacos for $2 (!!!!!!!) a taco. we literally felt like we were robbing them at that price. our server was jake and he was a total sweetheart. he recommended us his favorite tacos and i ended up trying one of everything he recommended. everything was gas he totally knocked it out of the park. the service was quick even on a busy night where it looked like they only had 1 or 2 servers there plus a bartender and a runner. we’ll be returning for sure 🙂 jake we <3 u

I was going to give this place one star as it subpar in every sense of the word. Atmosphere, drinks, menu, etc. The margaritas were clearly some premix nonsense that taste like syrup and 0% tequila. No chips and salsa at the table is also a big strike. However, the biggest negative is the menu. It’s tiny! They give you a giant sheet but half of it is chips and various dips. The only reason that I thought it was worth two stars, the food was actually pretty decent and the house made hot sauce was very good and flavorful. I would only recommend this place in a pinch, otherwise Columbus has much better to offer.
