It was my first time coming here and it was absolutely horrible. Tried their deal 4 slices and a can of soda for $5.50. Which is a great deal, the only issue is they gave it to us Cold and the Pepperoni wasn’t cooked either. It was like they just set the Pepperoni on topand handed it out. When we told them the pizza was super cold and asked for it to be heated more they acted like we were bothering them and it was to much to help us. The second time they handed it out it wasn’t any better, it was barely warm. Usually when you get pizza it’s supposed to be hot, but this was no where near hot it wasn’t even close to warm. Probably won’t risk going back.

Very good pizza. Always loaded with cheese on their daily special. Who can beat that? If you haven’t tried their pizza….treat yourself!

I used to get Plaza pizza when I was a kid and it was amazing! I have lived in another state for 10 years and came home to visit. The service was HORRIBLE!! I called at 815 pm and they refused to take my order because they were cleaning up and were trying to close. They close at 8…So, the next day we ordered a sheet. We had to call 8 times, it was 7:00. The man that answered the phone was mean and had a horrible attitude. I was so very disappointed and embarrassed for this man. He is in customer service and should not treat the customers like that. This was at 715 pm on Thursday June 22, 2023. I hope that something changes, as myself and my family that I came to visit will not be ordering from there again.

While the pizza is delicious this place is unaware that hair is not a pizza ingredient. This is the 3rd time now we have had to throw away an entire pizza. This place is clearly disgusting and unsanitary. Do not eat here unless you enjoy ingesting human hair. Wish I could give zero stars.

Plaza Pizza reminded me of a childhood pizza place my parents use to take me. The pizza was delicious and the workers was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back. A whole sheet had 28 slices w/pepperoni and extra cheese.

The gentleman at the counter was rude to my wife. He told her the pizza can’t sit on the oven long. First of all, I called and said we would be late. He never said anything except it will be here for ya. Second, it’s my first and last time going there.

Plaza Pizza is the best! Definitely the best for events and get togethers with the large pizza sizes, and they also have a great deal for 4 slices and a pop can’t beat it!

Rich’s Plaza Pizza is the best pizza in Hermitage, Pennsylvania! Dave Portnoy from barstool sports ought to make a visit between Pittsburgh and Cleveland to review the four piece plaza special with a can of pop for only $5.50. I wish Rich’s Plaza Pizza would franchise to show the rest of the United States the simple, delicious and affordable menu they’ve offered Hermitage, PA for over 50 years!

You ever hear the saying…If it ain’t broke then don’t fix it? That applies to pizza also. I’ve been eating this pizza since 1985 and even though a few years ago this place changed owners, the new owners didn’t fix what wasn’t broken, it’s just as delicious as ever and just as affordable as it was back in 1986.

Had to try Plaza pizza with all the great reviews. Our favorite pizza place from Pittsburgh was Dough Boys and we can no longer get it unless we drive down there, which we have. THIS is thee closest to Dough Boys ever. And if you know, you know Dough Boys is one of the best. So thank you plaza pizza. Great pizza!
