Always excellent food. We had 12 people for dinner there and everything came out delicious. The never ending bowl of salsa and chips makes you wish you didn’t order so much. I had the Chicken Enchiladas with black beans and rice. It was perfect.

My husband and I used to be regulars here. The food was always delicious. However, it has gone extremely downhill! The chips are always stale, dried food on “clean” silverware, and the food has been brought out several times wrong. When you ask for it to be corrected they say it has always been prepared that way and nothing is done. The owners wife will try to add things to your check saying they are an “extra” charge and state it has always been that way but when you open the menu it clearly states it is included in the meal. It is a very dishonest thing to do thinking people won’t take a look at the bill. They offer coupons but then get frustrated that you want to use it when you check out. We will not be going here anymore.

Yummy food! Quick seating. Clean bathrooms. Abundant parking. Abundant portions. Beers on tap. Vegetarian options. Kids menu. Seemingly unlimited chips but not unlimited salsa. Service was nice. Could have used some more napkins, more frequent water trips, a refill on salsa. But we would definitely go back again!

I’ve eaten at Plazuelas twice now and the food has been great both times. It’s not the true authentic Mexican food that I would get back in Southern California but it is still great food. It’s fair to mention that the serving size isn’t the ridiculous sized portions that I would expect if I was in Southern California, either. But again it is very tasty. The most redeeming quality of Plazuelas is the very friendly staff. I would surely recommend this place to anyone who wanted a pleasant Mexican dining experience.

This place is amazing! Excellent food with tons of options, and really phenomenal service. We go at least once a week, and it’s the best Mexican food in the area. I miss LA a little bit less now that I’ve found this place!

I absolutely LOVE Plazuelas!!! The food is amazing and reasonably priced, the staff is always so friendly, and the interior is cool. This is one of my regular spots, they are definitely worth trying out if you’re in the area. This is a nice, casual place and the food is always good!
