Came here for brunch today on a Sunday. Sunday dinner menu started at 3, so I was able to order off both menus. Heirloom tomato sandwich had much more flavor than I expected it to, to be honest. Goat cheese omelette was delicious! And we ordered a dozen oysters to top off the meal. All in all, very good, and will be curious to return for dinner during the week sometime.

Probably my favorite restaurant in the neighborhood overall. Amazing oysters, french onion soup, terrines and lentils with mushrooms. Nicest staff too. You can’t go wrong eating here.

Haven’t eaten this good in a long time! You can tell that the plates are cooked and garnished with a lot of care. The atmosphere feels intimate and the service is great. Highly recommend

the breakfast is to die for!!! the egg sandwich’s bun is rich and fluffy, while the egg is fried to perfect tenderness. on the other hand, the heirloom tomato sandwich hits a perfect balance of sweet and savory, you can simply tell that it’s so fresh! i’m super excited to come back for more, both for breakfast and dinner

Caution: long 5 star review ahead- because “amazing and wow” do not do it justice.

cute little place, they make their own chai in house so their iced oat chai was quite good – my second fave in the neighborhood. their croissants are pretty good, especially heated.

I’d already rated this place 5 stars prior to today, but the owners just helped me retrieve my lost phone so I figured I should at least write a review Everything I’ve ordered from this place is amazing but the tomato sandwich is my fave. Really glad they’re open some evenings now—just had a vodka watermelon lemonade that was amazing

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened. The owners are not only amazing chefs and fine bar tenders, they are also the most welcoming friendly host you could ever imagine .Jeff, the head chef, is extremely talented and makes every dish feel like it was specially prepared for you . It’s even more appetizing if you sit at the bar where you can watch your food be cooked and prepared as if you had your own private chef . Jackie is the head of house , and also over sees most of the wine and drink selections. She’s extremely knowledgeable with wine / drink pairing and will make you feel right at home the minute you walk in.. The ambiance is cozy and very relaxing . Surrounded by food being cooked and cocktails being shaken , you can’t NOT feel relaxed and cozy. This might be one of the smallest yet most memorable restaurants in Ridgewood if not NYC . The specials change daily and the oysters are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Cheers to Plein Air!

We have been coming in for coffee ever since Plein Air opened, but we finally stopped in for dinner. Wow! This is probably one of the best meals we have had recently. The food was fresh, seasonal and tasty. So glad we finally ate here as we will be back!

The food rocks and the lady who runs the place clearly puts a lot of care and effort into every dish and ingredient. Lowkey the best cocktails in the area too.
