PLNT Burger is so good!!! I got the cheese PLNT burger, herby fries, chocolate oatasty shake, choc chip cookie, and the fried green beans (was curious) and everything was 10/10 delicious. I also tried all the sauces and would recommend the maple mustard and the BBQ. I’d definitely come here again and highly recommend you bring all your non-vegan friends here to try.

Would leave negative stars if possible. Ordered takeout a couple of weeks ago and had a horrible experience. The staff was rude and our food was made poorly. The food was ice cold and did NOT match any of the descriptions or pictures online. I had high hopes but was let down at every turn. Worst part: the crinkle fries weren’t even crinkled. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here to anyone based on my experience.

Did not get the chance to try the food. Although I was very excited about trying out several items. The environment wasn’t inviting one the location was once you walk in Whole Foods it was right at the doors with another food places…this really don’t have anything to do with this business but one business was closed down and another was just blah. The employees was leaning over the counters looking at their phones and it was not welcoming. I push forward to order. In effort to try several item I wanted to sub out my drink for milkshake…asked the employee if I could do that it was “sure” but when he ranged it up it was regular price. When we asked him about it he said all item are purchased separately but if we ordered on the app with could substitute. Okay. .didnt make sense but proceeds on..then remember it was a discount if you ordered off the app. So I canceled my order and decided to download the app. Still perplexed as why an employee couldn’t override the system to substitute.. if that was an option. Started to order from the app and found that it wasn’t an option to substitute. As a first-time customer it would have been great to get more assistance from the employees that day. Not sure if I will visit another location again. Customer service was poor.
