We love PLOMO. Ate there earlier today & it was, as always, an excellent experience. The chips & queso are so delicious, huge servings for the large order. I got the Jesse James (dirty) this time, he got the El Padrino. They were so tasty & these quesadillas are large so we typically only eat about half. Regardless- you really can’t go wrong with any of their quesadillas.

This place is awesome! Great vibe to the restaurant when you walk in. The quesadillas were not your average run of the mill Qdillas. I had the Capone, and it was a generous amount of chicken, cheese, pesto, and tomatoes. So delicious. The Brisket Qdilla was also very very good.

Great food, friendly staff, and their chips and queso were pretty good. I don’t think the Plomo on Dickson has chips and queso yet, so it’s definitely worth a try here. Their chairs are uncomfortable, but they have plenty of seating.

I found Plomo by accident. The place where I had hoped to eat was closed on Sundays, but Plomo was near them on the map, so I checked them out. Major lucky find! My steak quesadilla was generously sized and bursting with goodies, with the novelty, freshness, and quality ingredients you only get at a small local eatery. This happens when a restaurant concentrates on doing a handful of things really well, rather than trying to be all things to all people (don’t change that, please). My meal even came in a nice little box made of 100% recycled paper. The drive-up window is a great feature, too. All in all, Plomo totally rocks! (Note: I had already scarfed down one piece before I took the pic.)

I’ve been coming to Con Quesos consistently for a couple months now, and every time I come, no matter how busy the restaurant is, I always get treated with upmost priority and respect by Silas and Jasek. Not to mention, on top of the wonderful service, the food is incredible and always hits the spot. Go to Con Quesos if you want affordable delicious food and great service!
