This is my second time eating at a Pluckers and it didn’t disappoint. There was a variety of sports on the screens. The chicken wings were jumbo as described and tasty. I had the vampire garlic wings, a good combination of heat and garlic flavor. Better than what you can get from B-Dubs. The salad was pretty decently sized, and the kids’ portion was large as well. I didn’t get a picture of it, but the cheese sticks “logs” are enormous. If you are ever looking for a good wing place try it out. I wish we had one in our state.

Came here after work with my buddies to eat and drink beer. The food is awesome and so is the beer The food healer is gigantic so you better come with an appetite like a lumber jack. There are TVs everywhere showing sports and lots of beautiful babes. The only down side to this place is the wait time. We waited about two hours to be seated. Just keep this in mind when coming here. Maybe you will fair better in that regard. Good luck and bon appetit.

Stopped into Pluckers and had about a 30 minute wait. Once inside the food game was on like donkey Kong!! So many menu options! Of course I opted for a good ol’ michelada fully dressed! Food was perfect flavoring and temperature. Everyone in our party was happy as could be! Service was good nothing spectacular but good. We caught a guy attempting the hot wing challenge, he attempted, suffered and won! Poor guy that sauce was SUPER HOT!! But he got his photo on the wall! Such a fun environment and we had a blast!! I highly recommend the burgers and wings! I wasn’t a huge fan of the Cheech and Chong sandwich. Fries and Mac and cheese were fire! Definitely going again!! #TravelTexicanAdventures

This was my first and last time going to a lame chain like this. My first encounter was with the bartender or I guess you could call him that. He plays this game of not making eye contact so he doesn’t have to acknowledge. The sh$t show did not stop there. After we were finally seated, we waited around for someone to get to our table and take an order. Everything is done painfully slow and with the least amount of pride. Food orders were hideous. To see people aimlessly shuffling around in the back area trying to figure out what was going on was just embarrassing.

My first time In San Antonio.. Texas in General and someone recommended this place. It was Fantastic!! Our server was so kind and polite, the food was amazing, we spent about 66 dollars but we got LOTS of food and stipl left with two trays of leftovers. Will definitely recommend to others traveling to San Antonio,Texas!

Went here for the first time! We had to wait a bit as it was a Friday and that was expected but we found a spot at the bar while we waited for a table! The gentlemen at the bar were awesome and had great customer service! Fried pickles were the best I’ve ever had anywhere! The manager of this location I’m assuming (I forgot his name but was a younger gentleman) he came over made conversation with us, complimented us on our baby and let us know if we need anything to let him know. He was kind, courteous and took time to come and check on us. Wings were 10/10! The lemon pepper flavor was delicious,Highly recommend! Everyone seemed to love to work there. Also they do military discounts and support our troops more than I’ve seen anywhere else! We will be back when we come back and visit.

I have never written a negative review, so this experience was real bad. Sat at the bar, was served a drink, and had our order taken. A bartender didn’t speak to us again until they were flagged down. Had to flag down the bartender to ask for refills after waiting +45 minutes. The restaurant was not very busy for the first hour. The food is usually great, but not tonight. Wings were dry and their second hottest flavor had no spice. My wife probably finds bell peppers to be spicy and she agreed that these wings had no spice. The tots were stone cold and crumbled up. The only thing harder to choke down than the food was the bartenders horrible attitude. She avoided eye contact like the plague. It was somewhat busy as night went on, but it’s Friday night. Pluckers should have their all star crew working Fridays. If this is their all star crew then they have much bigger problems than dry and cold food. Word apparently has not gotten out as to how abysmal this place is because people are still pouring in. That will not last long. I worked at a sports bar for 2 years and never experienced anything as embarrassing as this. I witnessed 4 other groups beside us either speak to a manager or leave upset. We will absolutely not be coming back to this location and possibly this franchise. Pluckers, do not bother sending a generic response and pretend to care. I’ve read the other reviews over the past few months and clearly nothing has been done to resolve the major issues at this establishment. This is merely to inform the public to stay away at all costs.

We went around 11 last night & our waitress was very friendly & nice when she first came to get our drink order & food order. We waited, got our drinks and appetizer by then it’s around 11:15. After that we didn’t see the waitress again until we asked someone else to go get her. By that time it’s 11:45, 30 minutes after we ordered we still didn’t have our food! After asking her she says ‘you still haven’t gotten your food’ she then checks & comes back out to say it’s being rushed & will be right out. It’s 11:55 when she brings the food & it is cold. Fries stale, tater tots dry & my husbands food was so dry it barely wanted to tear apart. I asked for the manager & they couldn’t find him, finally when he came he said he could make our food fresh quickly. I asked for it to go & if he could give us a discount, because we would have wasted well over an hour by the time it came out. He said he’d get our appetizer taken care of. There were only 4 tables with less than 5 people at each. At least 5 waiters/waitresses there. It was dead. By then them only comping a $8/9 appetizer was laughable.
