The pizza is fine but the restaurant is clearly superior. Attentive staff, good selection and bargain priced fixed items. They aim to please. Baked clams served old school on a bed of bread crumb sauce, larger size, and prepared and cooked properly. Best I have found in decades. Favorite restaurant on the peninsula. You cant go wrong.

Hands down worst italian food I’ve ever had. No basil with the caprese, but iceberg lettuce? Iceberg lettuce with every side order actually. A lot of it. Much of the other produce clearly came from can, including the pears in the salad. Pasta was oily, and the meat tasted awful. Almost everyone at the table didn’t finish because it was so bad. Staff was hovering over us and upselling constantly.

FIRST TIME I ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA PLACE, AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. THE STROMBOLI WAS NOT ONLY COLD,BUT ALSO THE DOE IT WAS RAPPED IN WAS COMPLETELY RAW DOE, .THEN THE CHICKEN PARM HERO HAD HARDLY NO CHEESE, AND THAT BREAD WAS RAW ALSO. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY THERE AGAIN. IT IS A REAL SHAME YOU CAN’T GET A DECENT MEAL AROUND HERE.

The food and atmosphere at this place was fantastic. The salmon was a nice size piece and cooked to prefection, the dish included spinach and potatoes. The cavatelli and sausage with garlic and oil was good. Enjoyed a nice pinot noir wine with dinner. Menu is reasonably priced, definitely recommend.

Been eating here for the 3 years since the wonderful owners arrived. I have been visiting daily, which should tell you the quality of food & passion & love that goes to the entire ambience when you walk in. Today I ordered delivery— the staff was SO respectful as he waited at my door half hour early. It doesn’t get better than this!

ordered the Sicilian pizza by accident was terrible. tasted worse than frozen pizza. the crust was so bad my family didn’t even eat it. should have contacted the restaurant to complain but didn’t. I was visiting NY and had much greater expectations. total waste of money, will never order from this place again.

Very slow service. They were not busy at all, few people inside, more talks about going to a birthday party, than about customers… Maybe it’s one of those days, but waiting for 30 minutes sharp for a panini is way too long.
