There are fewer and fewer places where a family can go to enjoy a pub atmosphere and this pub delivers. It wasn’t too busy and we were attended to by a very friendly server. My partner had the Reuben. He says “the best i’ve ever had in my life”. My son cleaned his plate.

Scout Septic, Grease and Drain
Our family was there on Oct 22 , 2022. We were visiting Halloweentown and decided to walk around the area. I’m happy we did, the food was amazing. We can’t wait to go back and visit again. Our dog really loved the french fries!

Fantastic local spot with ample outdoor seating, where you definitely feel like a local even when you are just passing through. Maybe one of the best fried calamari plates I have ever had with some super spicy horseradish cocktail sauce. We stopped in for Bloody Mary’s and apps, all of which exceeded expectations. Service is extremely friendly and attentive, and the staff will happily share the local goings on. Definitely a St. Helens staple, for good reason!

For several years I have rated this place 5 stars. I had to pull back a star based on my last visit. I had a chicken Caesar that had very little chicken. About 1/3 of a breast at most. It tasted great, service was great, but I left hungry. I am a pretty light eater, so that bothered me a bit. If you have to raise the prices, I get it. We are all getting financially kicked around these days. But reduced portions is reducing the quality that keeps people coming back.

After DoorDash forgot to deliver my order. Plymouth pub came in and saved me from my own self cannibalization. Their juicy burger and crisp french fries filled the growing void and lulled me into a catatonic stage of unconscious bliss.

Since new ownership, the food has gotten skimpier and more pre-packaged. My go to has always been the dip. The meat has been a bit dry and very light on the serving. The burgers have still been juicy but the flavor has changed. Maybe they changed their provider. The tater tots are still light and crispy but didn’t even get a ten per person. Soups are generic and pre-packaged now. The last couple of times, the food has been a bit of a letdown. The food servers even on dead days are not as attentive as they to be. They would rather roll silverware than check back on you. Miss some of the menu items and specials they use to have.

Food is always amazing. Staff is very friendly. We visit at least once a week and never disappointed. Sometimes, it’s a small wait but always worth it. I highly suggest the French dip or chicken sandwich and don’t miss out on their chili. I always leave full and very satisfied. Great selection of beer and drinks also.

Always loved this place but my last visit was way below par. My mother’s Chicken Ceasar salad was bad. It was warm and wilty like it was left over from lunch. The croutons were even soft with dressing. The chicken was tough and hard to chew. The toast was the only thing that was fresh. My tacos were only bare bones. One didn’t even have a teaspoon of meat in it and the meat was burnt. I hope this place doesn’t suffer due to a chef that doesn’t care.

This wonderful pub has a great staff and wonderful food. We always sit outside and people watch and catch some sun which hits the building and tables at a perfect level! We love the Plymouth Pub…I ways bring my clients here when we are looking at homes and properties in Columbia County! Great spot near the park on the River and the Marina too!!
