Food is great; however, calling to place orders? A nightmare. Was hung up on 3 times, and then my cousin tried calling and was immediately hung up on without even a greeting. Extremely rude girl and seemed she didn’t want to be there. The first time I called, I asked for a BBQ chicken wrap, and got told “we’re out of grilled chicken”. I asked for chicken cutlet, was put on hold, and then disconnected. The same greeting each time, “what would you like?” No hello, & then a straight disconnect or a hold.

An excellent place to get a sub, grinder, sandwich or many other lunch or on-the-go items. Generous portions, good prices, friendly staff, and delicious food. I ordered The Cosgrove. A hot egg-plant and sausage specialty. I would put it up against any New England based sandwich shop’s top item. It’s got my vote! Highest recommendation for P&M.

Not nearly what it used to be! Used to love coming here. Moved back to the area and this was the first place I wanted to go. Go in and get me and my girlfriend a sandwich. We go home and start to eat and I literally had to go to the bathroom within 5 mins. The meatballs tasted like someone dumped a salt shaker on them. My gfs wrap was nothing like she expected. Usually chicken Caesar is served cold with grilled chicken. Not hot with breaded chicken. Just a miss all around. Very friendly staff for sure but the food is not even close to what it once was.

Stumbled on P&M – my lucky day!! Great combo of sandwiches, pizza, desserts and MUCH more!! Had a humongous slice of one of their many creative pizzas….it was fabulous! Perfectly seasoned and baked!! I’m just passing through the area (from RI) but if I lived here, this would be my go to place!!

Not what it used to be! ordered three egg sandwiches ended up with just 2 Pastrami sandwiches no eggs quite small if that’s their Pastrami sandwich and they were out of bacon!!
