The best vegan mac and cheese that I have ever had. I hope this place sees a ton of success in their future and are able to expand as there are not a lot of good vegan options in the area. This one completely surpasses all expectations. The workers are always so kind, offering me samples and letting me try food while I wait for my order! Even my dairy eating friends appreciated the mac and cheese, so it’s approved by both sides.

Heck, this is the best vegan mac n cheese I’ve ever had. The creaminess is so heartwarming and the add in’s make it very unique! You get to fill out a little slip of paper with exactly what you want. I got the buffalo ranch sauce, “bacon”, and garlic in mine and the 16 oz left me the perfect amount of full. Please! Treat yourself to these noodles!

The food here is AMAZING! We had the mac n cheez bites, a chick’n bacon ranch sandwich, the mac n cheez, and we took home some frozen sweet treats, “notzarella” cheez, cheez powder and eggy powder. The chick’n sandwich was unreal! SO delicious! And I wish I would have ordered 100 more mac n cheez bites! Not only was the food incredible but the staff was incredibly kind, engaging us in a fun conversation while we waited for our food. Don’t let the location (hidden in a hallway of the Atrium building) keep you from coming here for lunch – once you find this gem there is plenty of seating around the fountains in the downstairs of the building to enjoy your meal. Happy workers, happy food, make sure you don’t miss out on PMA Foods!

The food was amazing and the owner was so nice! He went out of his way to make sure all the food I ordered was compliant with my food allergies. The restaurant was also hard to find, as it is in the atrium building and I called several times for directions and he helped me find him. I also got the frozen homemade cheeses which were a great price and can’t wait to try them. If I wasn’t just traveling through, I would definitely be back.

Best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had, actually better than real dairy versions. Sooo many options and everything I’ve had there so far has been fantastic, I’d especially recommend the Cajun shrymp mac! The Mac and cheese bites are to die for as well. Can’t wait to try more options from here! Also the owner rules

We use some of their products at Ironwood Pizza in Manlius. They are quick to get back to us with orders and always pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend them for all of your vegan cheese needs. The silver lining to having been laid off recently is that I was finally able to visit this establishment and try some of their delicious Mac and cheese. The food was 10/10, would buy again. Before becoming unemployed it was impossible to visit pma foods. Not only because their name is so hard to remember and their location is hard to find, but also because they seem to prefer to be open when everyone is at their 9-5.

My roommate recently discovered this place on insta and shared with me because I am vegan, and I am now obsessed. I go about 1-2x a week lol the mac and cheese is soo good, and I love the option to build my own. I also tried the pesto today even though I am not typically a fan, but yummmm!! I had it w the classic cheese sauce and sun dried tomatoes. Unmatched taste for everything honestly.
