Weird model, but the food was delicious. As a customer, you need to order food and pay from the register, and then your drink from the bar and cash out separately. I had the chicken fajita plate and the chips trio. I didn’t know portions were so large so I didn’t finish my chips. I asked a server when she stopped by for a to go container. I waited over 10 minutes as she never returned, I ended up leaving. When your order is ready, the team shouts your order number into an old school microphone. The food was divine. Wish I had gotten that to-go container and had some left overs during my trip.

Amazing spot for breakfast, I would recommend this to anyone! Excellent authentic Mexican food on street level with great service. They give big portions and the prices are very reasonable.

I work downtown and if I ever have a morning shift I ALWAYS stop here for breakfast tacos, they are delicious and pretty fairly priced. I FINALLY got to get some tacos for lunch, I went with picadillo and I was pretty disappointed, it seems like they used packaged taco seasoning that is so salty I couldn’t eat the tacos. I would definitely rethink the seasoning on these, this was not the traditional picadillo that I am used to eating.

What seemed like a small fajita salad was actually the most loaded salad I’ve ever had. Fajita meat was super tender, full of flavor. Every fork-full had meat, unlike other places where I’ve run out of meat and been left with a bowl of lettuce. They weren’t stingy with the Guacamole either.

Pretty packed for a Thursday lunch but food came out fast and hot! The staff were all so kind and accommodating. I paid like $14 for so much food I could’ve shared it and it was very good! I highly recommend.

We walked in at 4:50pm last week. Noticed the guy at the cash register didn’t seem thrilled but we were not sure why. The cashier said, “are you eating in.” Again, strange. We ordered our food and received it like super fast, less than 10 minutes. It was dry and cold. At about 5:00 pm about 3 groups of customers came in behind us and the cashier said “we are closed”. Wish he would have just told us that as well, we’d have rather gone somewhere else than get leftover food that was expensive. We loved San Antonio, but really struck out on quality Mexican food.

We ordered Pablano enchiladas and fajita tacos with chips and salsa. Food was beyond amazing! Salsa was warm, spicy, and flavorful. Truly authentic and so good! You do have to order at the counter, pick up your food and seat yourself. We also ordered drinks at the bar, premium margarita with fresh squeezed lime juice was dangerously delicious! Loving this place, will definitely be back.

I really enjoy the food! Great service and quick to serve! However, their rice has come out too wet and soggy. I’m not sure what method they’re using but it’s lost it’s standard. This has been a consistent problem with my past meals every time. I enjoy the enchiladas, chips and queso, and like that they serve flour tortillas with the meals as well!
