Best garlic fries I’ve ever had! My husband and grandaughter loved the hamburgers. I had steamed vegetables, and appreciated this healthy option. They were great with the pocket burger sauce on them — it’s phenomenal sauce. Daniel, the owner, is the best—relational, helpful, hardworking, treats everyone like his personal guests. Also, super yummy Agua Fresca!

Spent sometime at Bolsa Chica State Park to get in some Sea Time. We decided to hit up Pocket Burger Shack for a late lunch. I had the cheeseburger and fries. It was delicious, and the ranch is on point. My husband had the tri tip sandwich with onions, peppers and cheese and a side of onion rings. The meat was tender and tasty. Also a definite must is the Agua frescos. Today they had creamy banana, which was like a banana horchata, and a creamy mango passionfruit. I had a mix of both and it was so delicious.

Went in today for the 1st time. Met the owner Lori talked to her about menu items with more detail. Has a Great time talking about how her business started. Wonderful story, you instantly fall in love with this family since her sister works there. On the menu Everything sounded great.

My second trip to this little Burger joint and it was well worth the journey through all of the July holiday traffic along PCH (That’s Pacific Coast Highway to those who don’t know ) and anybody who was on that road over the weekend knows exactly what I’m talking about. But again this Burger was perfectly cooked and the fries were absolutely delicious, again. This time I added bacon to my cheeseburger, which was a great enhanced. The whole experience was well worth the trip to get there, and I will return again I’ve got to try their steak sandwich and onion rings, there’s no doubt about it. I will brave the PCH traffic on the weekends through the summer months. Maybe, instead I think I’ll come during the week less traffic

Great burger spot! Everything we had was mega delicious & came out quickly. Service was superb & friendly. We ordered some of the fresh pineapple juice & it was super good. All 4 of our burgers tasted really great, along with the sweet potato fries, onion rings, & regular fries! I would definitely recommend eating here because it’s very tasty & reasonably priced!

The sign out front said ‘Best burgers in town’, and for once, it was true. Paired with some of the best french fries I’ve had in a long time. I would’ve gotten more to go, but I was too full from my original order.

Definitely would recommend getting a burger vs the other items on the menu. Parking is limited in front so you’ll likely have to park on the street. Their aqua frescas are good as well. Outdoor seating is also limited especially on busy days. If you can, go there when it’s less busy. Last time I went, my order was messed up twice…after the second time, I just gave up. No big deal but for sure, next time going when it’s less busy.
