Family got trio and the lion king, and i got the Dragon. It was not salty which is nice since unagi is sometimes salty at other restaurants. There is this sesame seed rice covering that looks like you would want to take it off but you shouldn’t. You can eat it! Overall, it’s basically a big and packed sushi burrito with flavorful ingredients. My dad loves this place and I can see why.

Went here on Wednesday around 2:30pm for late lunch. I ordered Mango Madness and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. The pocket sushi is just like regular sushi but instead of being cut into small rolls, it is eaten like a burrito. IMO it’s perfect for little kids like mine!

I have been here twice so far, someone recommended this place to me and I really enjoyed the taste, freshness and tenderness of the food! It’s a must go!! I don’t live/work in Pleasanton, but I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area! Tried both Red dragon and mango burrito, both super delicious!!

Love/Hate relationship with this restaurant. How do I say this… It’s a great place to leave hungry. Please, please, just adjust your portions to match your prices. I adore you guys, but I have to slam down a PB&J before I visit once or twice a month because I’m not paying $30-40 for 2 rolls to get a reasonable lunch.

Super delicious, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. And it is reasonably priced!!!!! Highly highly recommend this quick eats eatery. All of the sides are $3.50 or less. Satisfies a sushi craving. I could eat this every day and almost have.

-This place need some music for their customer who dine in. Is so awkward when people are making food in front of you.

I happened to visit the area so I met my cousin here for a quick bite. It’s similar to those sushi burrito places in the bay area and some airports I’ve had because I initially thought this is a bento box place from the name. Overall the food is ok but really expensive for what they give you. You definitely don’t feel you get money’s worth and I’d rather go to a poke place for a more flavorful meal because you’d get a lot more meat. And $4.50 or upgrading to real crab is really pricey. They are hiring and given the high price they are paying (which is ok but it’s reflective in their food pricing), I can see why they have to charge so much. Overall, it’s not a quick and cheap lunch place.

On our way from San Francisco to Yosemite we stopped into Pocket Sushi. Kids liked it so much they asked to stop my in the way back too.

Really like the flavor combinations of the mango one and the red dragon. Just wish they put the sauce throughout the pocket instead just at the bottom. One is pretty filling. The build-your-own 2 protein doesn’t say, but it comes with crab meat. Husband likes the Osaka fries because they remind him of okonomiyaki (sauce and benito flakes). Everything travels well if you order it to go.

While our family is staying in a nearby hotel, we decided to try this place I’ve had saved to my map for a while. We got 3 different pockets, the fries, the gyoza, a salad, and a dynamite roll. My shrimp tempura + mango was absolutely delicious, my picky 7 year old really enjoyed the veggie tempura pocket, and my spouse got the Poketmon and enjoyed his. The gyoza was super delicious and for $3.50, a great value for how tasty they were. The Osaka fries as basically fries covered in Takoyaki toppings which was surprisingly delicious, I’d absolutely order them again. The dynamite roll was literally imitation crab in a roll, husband loved it. We’ll definitely come back here!
