I went in trying to find a new boba spot and meeting spot for my work group and myself. Since I’m new to town and I love tarot tea, i thought id scope this spot out. Bad idea. Worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. Nasty flavor, it was hot, and tasted spoiled. Plus the guy behind the counter was a jerk. Nasty attitude, unhelpful and rushful. Mind you there were 0 people in the resteraunt at this time. NONE. And on top of it he used a dirty looking shaker, a Nasty wisk sitting on the counter, no gloves, the tap water looked gross. It was just a mess. Highly disappointing and I hope they learn to treat people a little bit better. I def won’t be back and I’ll be sharing my views to anyone who ask only giving 2 stars for the decor choices. At least they were pleasant.

I had no idea that this place even existed! We were about to eat somewhere else but I saw them and we decided to stop in. It was the middle of the day on a Saturday and we were the only ones there. The gentleman working the counter was very polite. I ordered a DIY bowl with all of my favs and my husband ordered the volcano bowl. They do not skimp on the ingredients and I was stuffed! Everything was very fresh and kept cold. Well worth the money and we look forward to being regulars!

Solid 4 stars. Place was clean, good health score, everything tasted fresh. Only downfall was there was almost no flavor to the teriyaki poke bowl. Ask for extra sauce!

For 10$ I expected too much, I guess. I felt rushed to choose what I wanted and he was off to the only other customer in line before I finished my signature on the device/screen which wasn’t clean. Im trying to be kind but I didn’t have a good experience or meal. I love Poke but this wasn’t good 🙁 it was far from fresh and there were very few choices (the dried seaweed is the best part but there was none), the rice was half chewy half hard and chunky, and I had to add a lot of salt. Customer service lacked a lot (no warmth, no smile, I didn’t feel welcome at all) and I feel like I wasted my money. *on Saturday just before 3pm not many customers*

As much as I love poke bowls I can’t believe this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a poke bowls since we moved to AL. I don’t know why, I was just nervous that I’d be severely disappointed. I was not! I enjoyed my poke bowl very much.

I went to Poke Aloha for lunch. The food was fresh and healthy. This was my first visit so I did not understand the ordering process. I went with they volcano poke bowl. It was delicious but I picked out most of the raw jalapenos. The price was moderate to high for a lunch but it was delicious and healthy. They also have ramen. I will have to go back and try it again.
