I bought a bowl and tried the new spicy soy sauce and it was drenched in it. It was not edible because it was so salty. When I told the lady it wasn’t edible she said she would take a note of it. I had to throw my bowl away.

Unlimited toppings!! Awesome customer service! Only thing I wish is that there was an option to put seaweed salad as a base but thats just my own preference but with the unlimited toppings it was easy to load up on all my favorite veggies! Delicious meat and masago tastes so fresh!

If you like cooked protein they will not season it or add any sauce while cooking (because they don’t want to get the grill dirty as stated by many employees in multiple occasions). I stopped going because of this. According to employees management doesn’t allow anything but raw protein (chicken, salmon, and shrimp) without seasoning on the grill. This gives the protein a very unpleasant and raw taste.
