Poke Row was founded by the passionate team behind Bend’s award-winning 5 Fusion and Sushi Bar. 5 Fusion owner Lilian Chu, Chef Tyler Shen and Justin Chu were all inspired by the rise of poke on the mainland, and saw an irresistible opportunity to bring a bit of authentic Hawaiian flavor to the High Desert. Listen. This photo was taken 2 hours after I started eating it with my own fingers. The gal asked if I wanted a fork and I said no I’m going to go home and I ended up driving and I just put my fingers in this bowl. Absolutely delicious and she recommended that I do half rice and half greens. Excellent decision. I pulled over and almost finished it and realized that this one bowl at $20 was 2 or 3 meals so absolutely positively definitely recommend going here and having delicious food. I believe mine was called the Tyler Bowl.

Poke Row is amazing! The fish is so fresh and the bowls are great. It’s a different mix on sushi but even better. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Prices are awesome for what you get. Especially in today’s world. We ordered online for a Tyler bowl and a make your own. They aced it . Plus I love that they have changed their plastic bowls for cardboard!!

My favorite spot in bend. Very healthy and…. great portions! Highly recommend for any trade worker that needs a light healthy and very tasty meal As long as they keep packing the to go bowls I’ll keep coming back. I’m a big guy, I’ll eat half and still have some to take home, depending on how hungry I am that day.
