I ordered food at the Citadel and decided to order a Poké bowl for lunch the next day while picking up dinner. The next day when I opened my $20 bowl I realized that they never put in fish. Straight rip off. Unfortunately, there was very little I can do to follow up as it was the next day but if you order from them, double check to make sure your order is complete and included the sushi in the bowl. I guess I just assumed a poke place would make sure they included the poke in the order. Definitely big help their profit margins to sell salads and change for poke bowls.

Really fresh and well-seasoned. I usually go all out with making my own bowl, but I tried the “Wax On” (salmon with mango salad) and it was delicious! The guys working there were attentive. Congrats on opening!!

Poke San is one of the best poke spots in Miami. Every poke bowl is fresh and customizable to your liking. I love coming over to the Citadel to grab a bite after the gym or after a shift. Both owners, Mike and Joey, and employees are very accommodating and welcoming. it’s a great atmosphere to be immersed in. If you want sushi, you can go right across to Maki San, their sister restaurant.

Was excited to try this spot and their tuna crispy rice but unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. Can definitely not recommend Crispy rice was extremely over cooked and like chewing on a rock with rice in the middle.. Tuna looked and tasted like it was squirted out of a tube that was 4 days old. Garnish was non existent.

This “WAS” my favorite Poke Bowl place until today. When in town I would come at least once or twice a week. Today while ordering I was disgusted with how the female preparing my bowl “SNEEZED/COUGH”. Literally all over the opened air toppings without ANY ATTEMPT to cover her nose and mouth. Then proceeded to wipe her nose with her forearm since she had gloves on. The cashier said “God Bless You” then they both turned and mumbled something to each other. At that point, I was still in shock just from how loud it was and she had no care in the world. I finally canceled my order and walked to get something elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not visit this spot again not knowing what is happening if no one is around as far as hygiene with everything that’s going on in this world. Googling now “Poke Bowl” in my area.
