I love this place but customer service is horrible. I got off from work late and was craving the ninja crunch burrito. It was 8:30 when I got off work and I called the number to put my order in for it to be ready for pick up and I wouldn’t make them wait but NO ONE picked up the phone. I kept calling and calling and nothing. I hit there about 15 minutes before 9pm the sign still said open but they locked the door and told me they were already closed.

Good portions, fresh product. My complaint is that idk who trained the employees how to put sauce on their bowls, but holy hell they drench it to where you don’t even enjoy its base ingredients anymore. My ahi tuna bowl basically became a spicy Sriracha soup.. Ask them to go very light on the sauce if you want to have real poke.

First time customer and will definitely be back I originally came to get a sushirito but I ended up getting a bowl instead I don’t regret it and toppings are unlimited and everything was fresh and so many options to choose from. Associate was patient and helpful with me and my sister coming for the first time. They even had a drive-through option which is good to know because you don’t see that often. I recommend if you want a nice sushi burrito or sushi bowl with fresh seafood and toppings.

This was our first time getting something here and we were blown away, we got a bowl and a burrito with rice and seaweed paper, they both have 3 proteins: 2 ahi tuna and 1 salmon, there are a lot of options for your toppings, it was absolutely delicious and very filling!

I give this place a one star I paid almost $20 off a post mates in for three dollars I got a small cup and Miso soup. My bowl didn’t have any dressing I had to add my own dressing as you can see from my picture for the shrimp to pair only got two of them that was placed on the side I asked for extra ginger I barely got any this will be the last time and I’m a truck driver that was nearby so yeah for sure first and last
