Alright, Morty, listen up. I tried the Teriyaki Beef Short Rib at Poke to the Max in the Seattle airport, and it was… meh. The beef? Overcooked, Morty. Tough and lacking that juicy tenderness you’d expect. Not exactly an interdimensional culinary adventure, if you catch my drift.

This is a very good choice!! normally I wouldn’t go to a Hawaiian place at an airport but i decided, why not?! I had the special of the day, Chicken Katsu with curry, rice and macaroni salad. The food was amazing, the dirty martini I ordered was made correct and the bartender was charismatic and very fun talking to. A very rare instance where every need was anticipated and meet. Will be back again.

This place is great. We’ve tried everything from their Poke bowls, to their Poke salad, Korean rice plates etc.. and have not been disappointed. I’ve also ordered their lumpia (Filipino egg rolls) and it’s nice and crispy and delicious as well.
