Cozy place for a quick lunch. Build your own poke bowl lets you choose 2 proteins and 6 toppings as the base. Prepared quickly and served fresh. Staff is good with suggestions for ingredient combos, etc. Bubble teas are tasty as well.

I like Poke World and so does my kids. They love the ramen and they love trying it different ways when we go. I wanted to try the poke bowl and finally did. It was so good. We all got a tea. My favorites are mango and strawberry green tea with Boba. My daugther says the strawberry milk tea taste like really good strawberry milk. Check them out.

Excellent food and customer service. I had a poke bowl, and tried takoyaki, bubble tea and AUTHENTIC ramen for the first time and all 3 were amazing . I had the pork broth ramen bowl with pork meat (you can get different meats with different broths) and the meat was like what I image Japanese A5 pork wagyu would taste like, it was literally the best piece of pork I’ve ever eaten.

I ordered 2 pork chashu buns to go , it is missing half the ingredients it’s said it come with: cucumbers/ green onion/ baby mixed greens. I just received chewy and overcooked pork/ rubbery dry buns and sauce. Highly disappointed, i’d recommend going to the east memphis location because this is not it.

Okay so first off I would like to say I have been going to this place consistently for like a year and a half now. At first every time I went everything was perfect, rarely no mistakes , and service was amazing. Recently past couple of times I have been although the food is okay, my orders have been consistently getting messed up nearly every time I go, I don’t notice it till I have made it home and it frustrates me every time because they are a bit pricey and I want my order done right. I know mistakes happen but there have been too many mistakes. Not to mention when I do online order for 2 protein bowl it says my total is 13.07 but when I order it regular inside from the paper depending on who is working that day I will get charged 14.07. I still go there every now and then but I will say service, presentation and quality of food is slowing down with the newer people.

The food was absolutely delicious and yummy. I’d definitely come back. It’s rather annoying that they make you fill out a paper Form to order a poke bowl. Most people don’t know what half of the ingredients are by name. It would be so much nicer if they let you pick by looking and point at it like every other poke restaurant does it.

My 1st time at this location and I may be back because the ladies taking the orders were nice but to an extent. We waited 40 minutes for an order of ramen. People came in after us ordered and received their ramen and poke bowls while we didn’t. Finally 40 minutes later, we asked and they did not make our order. We had to wait additional time for them to make.

Very good Ramen selection and the quality of the broth is the best I’ve had. However, the service could use some improvement. The staff seems somewhat untrained and were kind of stand-offish after I told them that they messed up my order. But, to end on a positive note the good out weighs the bad significantly so I will return !

I typically go to the Southaven location and the food is good each time. I’ve never had a bad order from that location. Today was my fist time trying the OB location because I was closer and the food was terrible. I had a build your own chicken ramen bowl. The order was correct but the food was awful. It be crispy chicken tasted like old grease and the noodles had an odd weird smell and taste. I will not be ordering from this location again.
