A nice surprise for a restaurant at a mall. Many items to choose from. They have seating that is specifically for the restaurant. I tried the beef ramen bowl and a Galaxy series mango Boba tea. Very tasty ramen and excellent tasting Boba tea. Friendly service and good prices

Prices weren’t terrible for the amount of food you get. I bet they don’t have to be as stingy as some other poke places since they have less overhead costs being in the mall instead of their own building.

This was my 1st visit and I ordered the spicy salmon poke bowl (regular size), with a green jasmine sweet tea. The service was Fast and Friendly. The food was delicious and big portions. I couldn’t finish the entire bowl. I will certainly be back to try other items on the menu. Check them out for yourself!!

I’ve ordered from here through DoorDash since last December. Idk what happened since then, but service had gone way downhill. I went in person 4 days ago and they messed up my order. I didn’t realize until I got home. I didn’t feel like driving back up there. Mistakes happen. Ordered from DoorDash yesterday and was given the wrong order. Ordered again today and was given the wrong order, again. Tried to call the store and the delivery driver to see where the issue is. Nobody answered. Re-ordered again because my kids were hungry and this time only my food order was messed up. They included the little paper that has never been in my bag before and clearly states I asked for two different types of sauces, and neither one was put on. That can’t be the driver’s fault. I’d love to hear back from this restaurant. Phone number isn’t working.

I promise every time I come here there’s always a new rude teenager working here or younger person. Every single time I come here I get the worst service possible. They always have attitudes, always roll their eyes, just so nasty for no reason. The food is good and all but everyone just seems so miserable. I PERSONALLY work at a boba shop and know that things shouldn’t be tan like this. I hope for better in the future because poke yi once was never like this.

Located in the Ingram Park Mall, Dinning Pavillion towards the back. Seating is limited, dinning area is small but theres a small lobby across the hall where you can sit to eat or wait. Poke was good. You can customize your bowl or burrito. They have a variety of drinks to choose from.
