The lake views would be really nice when the weather is good enough to sit outside. The food was okay. I did like the beans. The sauce seemed to be from a can and it was really salty. Our waitress was friendly. The decor did not feel very much like a Mexican restaurant. The booth was so low that it was tough to get out of after the meal.

We were with a large group of 30 people (reservations were made well in advance). The restaurant servers handled our orders flawlessly. I was surprised at how quickly our entrees were delivered, considering everyone ordered something different from the menu. Good food, cold beer, woodsy up north atmosphere, and great service.

I believe it’s called Casa Mexicana Lakeside. But I’m not sure, the food was great. My friend and I have been there five times and the first time food was excellent the next three not so much and this last time it was back to excellent again. Plus they had the garage door open which made such a nice flow for the air and the opening to see the lake it changed the whole dynamic of the place. And it was just wonderful refreshing the drinks were good it’s a great place to stop and eat. I almost forgot that the bar staff which is where we always eat they are kind generous excellent people and always on top of filling our drinks. Plus getting our meals to us quickly and hot.

Had lunch while cruising the lake. Had the Lakeshore Quasadia with shredded beef and fish tacos. Everything was very very good and you get a lot!! We had a large group so we couldn’t sit outside, but the staff was very accommodating and we had a large room all to ourselves. If we are ever out this way again, we will definitely go back!!

Really mixed about this review. The food is mediocre and the drinks are weak to be honest. Surprising since we were told it is owned by a Mexican family. However, the service is really good. So 3 stars for the food and drinks and 5 for the service to average 4 stars.

We weren’t very impressed with the food,I had the enchiladas they had cheddar cheese inside that’s different?? The steak and chicken fajitas were bland no flavor, I didn’t even get a side plate to put my food on. We sat out on the deck they had music, nice view of the lake

The food is authentic Mexican & excellent! Our group of fivexwere very happy with the selection, choice of meals & variety of sauces. The margaritas, while purported to be “very popular” by the waitress, were like drinking kerosene “swampwaters!” The staff, while friendly & kind were young & obviously not well-versed on the menu or its offerings.
