Went there for lunch. I’ve always wanted to try it. It was wonderful. Great food, and helpful employees. Wonderful customer service. I happened to go when Yonis was working. He was patient and helpful in helping me with my order. I will definitely be back here. The food was tasty, fresh and delicious. It was made fresh in front of me. Yonis provided a great customer experience. It’s employees like him that make customers feel good about their experience.

We love PokeHub and are regular customers. However, there was a system glitch when we last ordered online – our credit card was charged, but we never received a confirmation email (this has happened before, but the food was always ready); Fairfax didn’t have our order and thought we had misdirected our order to the Centerville location, so we drove to Centerville which also didn’t have our order. Johannes in Centreville though was wonderful and made our experience right: he was understanding, friendly, and made sure we got our order. Despite the mix up, we’ll continue to order from PokeHub for the food and customer service.

You can tell they put in a lot of effort in the veggies and sauces, spicy mayo was spicy and good. I would have preferred if the salmon and the tuna were cut into smaller cubes and maybe have a “sear via torch” option when ordering for the protein??
