The staff was rude. I changed my order before they started prepping it. The worker dropped what she was doing and stormed off slamming there kitchen doors. The other worker eventually stepped in, but charged me for a large bowl I didn’t order or receive. While eating I reviewed the receipt and asked for a refund for the item I didn’t get or want. They ignored it for 10 minutes. I asked again and they said there was nothing they could do. Their manager wasn’t there and they don’t never make a mistake like that before. More waiting. Had to really argue to get the refund.

I used to love this place; it was my go to spot to order online for lunch. I ordered a few weeks ago and didn’t think it was the best but I gave it another shot for benefit of the doubt. I picked up for my usual, sesame ginger chicken bowl and it was below par. I wish I would’ve opened the back before leaving.

It’s really a hit or miss. A few days ago went in and got a salmon poke bowl and the salmon was not fresh at all. I had to throw out the whole bowl. The times it’s fresh it’s delicious but this has happened so many times where the shrimp are really salted which means they aren’t fresh. Or the salmon tastes so bad as if it’s been sitting there overnight without refrigeration. Wish it was always fresh!

I love my service and meal this time! This beautiful girl with such a great smile, friendly, provide me an amazing customer service! I been here a couple times and staff didn’t have manners at all.But yesterday 4/12 I got tremendous customer service by this young lady.(Continue with that awesome smile and hard work!) Even though she was all by herself, she managed everything in a proper way. Staff like this it’s what this place need.

Absolutely awful experience today. The middle aged woman that served me 8/14/23 at 1pm did not even say hello to me and cut me off by saying “what do you want”. I was the only customer there, and she was visibly annoyed that she had to get up out of her chair and get off her phone to serve me. Did not make eye contact with me or even look in my direction once, was very unpleasant, no manners, and reprimanded me for ordering another bowl after my first one (???). Used to be my go to spot for poke besides Pokeworks in Westport, and I will now be giving my business solely to them. Their customer service is leagues above this Pokemoto and they have much easier parking as well. This experience has turned me off completely, and the manager needs to replace her or they will lose a lot more customers. I am one of many reviews complaining about this woman…how is she still there

I ask for the sesame chicken bowl, when I got to my house to enjoy my meal I realized that the give me all the grass of the chicken plus was undercooked. And the avocado was old. Never coming back.

(May 2) 2023 at 1:25 pm that person taking the orders there IS THE WORST PERSON THAT HAS EVER BEEN THERE SHE MUST BE REMOVED. 1 year coming and no problem but now she was the rudest.. really owner needs to fire her or will loose a lot of customers. She was slamming doors and did not even looked at us and help us with the order.

Ahh another stop on the Norwalk food trail for us. Interesting little spot , I think I thought it is called Pokémon so I liked it before going. Small issue is the food is not my style I don’t eat raw fish and I don’t want my gf to eat it either. I settled on a bubble tea for my trouble. Nice people and nice outfits for the employees. The crowd was calm yet lively and full of life. If you like sushi foods this is a spot that hits the spot.

I order 2 Mrs teas original tea on Uber eats I am very disappointed because one of them came without the tapioca pearls! as I ordered it close to closing time I believe they didn’t have tapioca bubbles anymore or worse they forgot to put it in my order. I don’t recommend this place!!!!
