Pretty good food quality but what I think they excel at is their portion size. My order is always so stuffed and dense that I have trouble even opening the container. I highly recommend this place just for that alone. Food quality is good as well, with a large variety of toppings which have yet to disappoint me. I plan to keep coming back for overstuffed pokebowls in the immediate future 🙂

I would give a 0 if I could. See the attached pictures. I ordered 2 CHICKEN pokes and 1 CHICKEN burrito. (There was NO CHICKEN at all) I paid 68 for just RICE!!!! The most expensive kilogram of rice I ever had. Don’t buy here. Price and quantity ratio it’s insane!!

the place is okay. i went in and the worker who made my food was okay, he could’ve been more welcoming and i felt kinda rushed. the chicken was cold and the food wasn’t the best. i’ve tried the pokomoto in New Haven and it was the best I’ve ever had. the bowls are very expensive. I asked for shrimp but they just had it in a container and it wasn’t even done. wouldn’t recommend this specific place, if you’re craving the bowls go somewhere else

Three words: terrible, terrible, terrible! We ordered three pokes, paid $20 for each, waited patiently for 90′ and the pokes arrived with no chicken, old guacamole and a minimum amount of the other ingredients. We basically paid $60 for three bowls of rice. Don’t waste your time and money and don’t expect any Hawaiian experience, unless you like very expensive and plain rice.

They were unfortunately very unfriendly, and then when I went to pick up my Hawaiian bowl, there was no tuna in it (which apparently I need to pay extra for). Will not be revisiting. I also tried calling them multiple times to speak about my order and there was no answer, so there’s no way to get any customer service or money back on my bowl of rice. The woman in the store was not giving me or other customers any attention (I saw her be rude to one other customer who ended up walking out). If you want a bowl of plain rice for $18 with a side of attitude, then go for it!

Horrible service. We walked in, and the girl working the counter made us order at the kiosk rather than order at the counter. We placed our order, other people walked in after we had placed our order and they were not asked to order at the kiosk and were taken care of immediately. When we approached the girl and mentioned it, she didn’t acknowledge us and then proceeded to almost prepare the wrong order until we had to correct her. Mind you, the manager was sitting there the whole time and didn’t even acknowledge us even after hearing our complaint. His only remedy at the end was to give us an extra tea for the wait, which added even more time to our wait. In total we spent over 30 minutes waiting for our food, while 3 people came in after us and all left before us. Horrible business practice.

I have been a frequent customer but today was the last straw. I have never had much trouble here before and the food is good. However when I placed an order and was then lied to on the phone two times. They told me that they could have messed the order up. Then they proceed to tell me that the order was wright and I did not know what i was talking about. I ordered $150 worth of food and received 3 bowls 2 of which were wrong. Then they refused to give me a refund. I will never be ordering from here again.
