This was the second time I have tried a poke bowl. The first time was in Tennessee and it was a little different. The experience was still great though. The young lady that was serving me, was very helpful. She did a great job to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She let me sample the ahi tuna before I put it in my bowl (she said a lot of people didn’t like it). I was appreciative of her letting me know and giving me the opportunity to know. It was great though and we added it to my bowl. It was a different experience from the first as this place put everything I asked for mixed it together with the sauce and placed it on my base of white rice. So that was different from my first experience but it was still just as good.

I was going to give a 4 star review because our rice had a lot of really hard grains and was dried out, but the fish and toppings were superb. The customer service here was phenomenal. Declan was super friendly and we were really impressed at his skill and efficiency. We will definitely come back again.

This place had good food, not great but definitely worth a try. But the service is horrible. They’ve messed up my online order twice. This second time, they refused to fix my order and said they would charge me twice to fix their mistake. As I was leaving, they were arguing with another customer about ANOTHER messed up online order. It’s sad but I’m tired of bad customer service, stay away from this place.

As an avid poke lover, this place hits the mark on almost everything. First, the customer service was very nice. They greet you upon entering and walk you through if you’ve never had this cuisine before. I recommend the pick your own, but their signatures are great as well. Furthermore, you can get a poke burrito if you are extra adventurous.
