I’ve eaten here several times, and it was always a mediocre experience. The burrito maker is frequently broken. The tables are wobbly and moving the chairs makes a deafening screeching sound. My last burrito was falling apart because they didn’t roll it properly. There was once a huge water spill in front of the counter and I almost slipped on it. The trash and recycling bins both feed into the same container, which is just insulting. The nori they use is very chewy and makes the burritos difficult to eat. The staff seem like they’re barely paying attention and sometimes give me burrito fillings I didn’t ask for, which can ruin the taste.

I went there for a work order of over 10 entries, I forgot to call ahead for the order, but their was an employee there named James that went above and beyond to service my entire team, and got our order done on time. He got the order the done FAST!!! And on top of that, the Serrano aioli was fire in glad he recommended it!! Amazing work! I’ll be back soon!!
