This place really sucks. I just made a purchase 2/28/2023 at 1:30pm and the girl there didn’t even pay attention when she was serving my order. She was serving very poorly that on my 3 protein servings she put exactly 7 pieces of shrimp. That place wasn’t worth my money. $17 bucks to the trash. Don’t waste your money there. It’s not worth it.

Witnessed an employee bullying her coworker, calling her “this woman!”, snapping at her that she never listens (while the bully was getting my order wrong). I’m a long time customer and was made very uncomfortable. The girl being victimized is always polite and has always gotten my order correct, I don’t know her name but she is the petite Asian girl – always courteous and efficient. The bully is a gangly white woman. I’ll come back in a month and if I see the victim being treated with respect I’ll update my review to 5 stars.

Went in around 7:50 got 1 bowl. The guy ends up charging me 38 dollars! It didn’t sink in till I was in my car.I tried to look at my receipt and it wasn’t in the bag like he said it’ll be. Went back in told him what had happened and he claims to not remember me. I told him I was just in there, and no one else has been in the store after me. My receipt was at the top of the pile. He then proceeds to tell me that he doesn’t know if I did or did not get two bowls again because he doesn’t remember me. He tells me to be back tomorrow when someone who has access to the cameras is there. He bets I’ll be there! Worst experience ever.

2nd time we’ve had food like this. 1st time was in another city up north. This place was great. The guy who helped me was friendly and patient with all my questions. He made it a fun experience for someone new to this food type. We’ll be back for sure.

Personal keeps changing constantly and every time I go they prepare it different which everyone has their own personal touch , but when I order the large it’s like they give u a extra small regular . So disappointed in how expensive it is and they don’t give you , your money’s worth SMH! ♀️. Will be going somewhere else. And if you ask to add a bit more rice they charge you extra

The food is fresh and they have not been cutting down portion sizes like other restaurants of this variety. I hope they continue to serve the same size and quality of food. I understand prices for things are going up and I hope they don’t cut back the quality and instead choose to price things as needed because I have seen a lot of restaurants lower quality instead of raising the price.

Line order, see what you want and order as they make it in front of you. All Poke poke I have been are the same. Great friendly quick service. Parking is easy easy to find. Good for quick healthy meal. Eat in or take to go. Food is always fresh. Servers always friendly and helpful. I have been to 4 or 5 different locations. I believe they have different owners but all are awesome.
