We were in Dallas overnight and we try to eat breakfast at Sienna when we’re there. Turns out this place was in the same building around the corner. We weren’t expecting much — just hungry. Turns out it was a good decision to eat here. The food was very good. Much better than we were expecting. It was the best restaurant baked ziti I’ve had in like forever. Service was very friendly (like almost everywhere in Dallas).

Everything was exquisite and delicate. The different pastas (Fettuccine Carbonara, Penne Rigato, Shrimp Scampi) were all flavorful yet soft to the palate. Everything was Al Dente and the Tiramisu was one of the best I’ve tried in the US (delicate yet strong and soft and wet). They also bring you a small basket with garlic glazed bread and marinara sauce. Prices are accessible (5 people, $74). Would come back again if I lived in the area.

I noticed that their salads and pasta dishes are ample and look great but I can only speak to the pizza. The pizza here is flavorful and well-crafted, sitting a full notch higher than anywhere else in recent memory. My ground beef, pepperoni, and onion pizza had ample, high quality toppings, plenty of cheese, and an excellent crust. It was cooked perfectly. The 10″ lunch pizza and drink for $9.99 is a steal. I didn’t think to take a picture until after I’d already had a slice but the picture show a nice cross-section view.
