After hearing of the negativity with this place on FaceBook, we decided to give it a try. The parking lot of this place is small and the drive through blocks traffic. It is best if you place your order through the app. I opted to order the grilled chicken and we ordered the fried chicken. I was surprised that you could not chose coleslaw in the app, even though they have pictures of it all over. Ordering through the app was quick and easy. The app told me it was going to take 17 minutes to get my food. The estimated time is a little longer than what the app displays. When I got to the restaurant, the app tells you to let them know you have an internet order. You do not have to do that. You can just wait for your name to be called.

This place is so yum!! Love it. On certain days and times it is packed and for sure I know why. The fried chicken is so delicious and moist and flavorful. The sweet plantains were my favorite. The staff is so kind and friendly and respectful I love it. I totally recommend yall.

It was packed and we got our food AT our table in less than 10 minutes! Chicken was juicy, rice had flavor, cole slaw was not sweet but salty and pickley, rolls were soft, HORCHATA was pretty freaking good too!!! One thing is that it’s a ton of food, don’t go crazy ordering thinking these are small portions. Nothing’s small about these portion sizes. I think 4 to 6 could have easily eaten from the 12 piece meal we purchased.

We got the flyer in the mail. We decided to give it a try for a family of 5. Doesn’t look like the flyer at all. The chicken was burnt and over cooked. We ordered the 12ps w/3 sides. The only thing worth eating are the sides. Don’t waste your money here until they can fry chicken correctly .

The food is very tasty, they bring your order to your table if you find an empty table. Very busy location probably because is a new restaurant and not that many Guatemalan restaurants around here. Overall good food good service just very busy!

Staff is very undertrained. There needs to be better staff upfront. Our cashier was unfortunately very undertrained and she didn’t know what was going on half of the time i spoke to her. My order was wrong when i got home and checked it. We went back and management gave us the correct order. This could’ve been easily avoided if our cashier was paying attention, especially if we’re spending $200+. It’s hard to understand they’d mess up the main dish, sides i understand but the chicken..

I was planning to go to P Terry’s but decided to try here because I love fried chicken. I really liked it. Service was quick too. I had a 3 piece meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. I like Popeyes, church’s, and Bush’s and now this place is in my list as well

Having moved here from Miami, I know good food (even fast food) and while I was excited for a new restaurant to open that wasn’t another Tex-Mex or BBQ cuisine, I was not impressed at all by any of the flavors of the food which included an 8-piece family meal of grilled chicken (terrible wet and raw seasoning), rice and beans. I added a small side of yuca and sweet plantains. My total was $36! This is after waiting 30 minutes in line. Definitely not worth it.

It was the third day of them opening and they are still super busy. I put in an order for a 20 piece half fried and half grilled chicken with my sides. I told the girl up front they messed up on my chicken and one of the shift managers named Evelyn helped me fix my order, thanked me for being patient and understanding then gave me a coupon for my next visit !! The chicken was delicious and juicy can’t wait to use my coupon.
