Horrible handling by the manager in charge, I lost my ring on 7/25/23, I’m sure an employee took it from my table because when I ate in this store I took my ring off to eat and I forgot to put it back on. One of the employees who were cleaning the tables probably took it, because I remember that when we left he stayed cleaning the tables. When I returned to the restaurant to make the report, the manager told me that she would check the cameras and she would call me the next day and to this day I have not received any calls. Be careful to forget personal things, because the manager doesn’t care if the employees take it.

This place is unique. Walking in, the restaurant is colourful, the staff was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. My food was delivered quickly and the packaging is organised and attentive to detail. The chicken was warm, crunchy, and tasted delicious. The flavour is unlike anything I have ever tasted. The sides were fresh (fries and mash potatoes w/ gravy). Guests have options to dine in. The food gets delivered to your table, the employees pick up your plate after you are done with your meal. Drinks do not come included in your meal, they are seperate. *Opinion: it would be nice if they sold mac n cheese, but not a deal-breaker. Bathrooms were clean and smelled clean too! Impressive!

This spot is tiny. We went in on a Sunday and our party (14) had to split up throughout the tiny eating area and some of us ate while standing. The workers were very kind and polite, but their speed of service was lacking. My sister had a big order and it took her quite a while to get her family’s order when we ordered at the same time.

Online ordering take longer than expected. The chicken did not look grilled or tasted. Grilled chicken was a bit to oily there were alot of others waiting while to get their orders. Menu is simple not many selections.. there are a good amount of tables insides. Good amount of parking. Prices did feel high compared to other chicken spots

The staff was extremely nice. First time trying this place. Chicken breast was okay, but I personally don’t like this style of overly crispy chicken. Note: this chicken is fried to a more reddish color as opposed to your traditional golden brown fried chicken. The outside part of the chicken was hard to bite through to get to the actual meat. The plantain side dish was delicious although you cant go wrong with a fried plantain. Mashed potatoes were decent. They also have a drive-through.
