Hola, somos la familia Martínez Vega desde Forest Hill, Texas. Hace 18 años llegamos a Estados Unidos con un sueño y comenzamos a trabajar arduamente para hacerlo realidad. Nuestra familia extrañaba ese sabor tan peculiar del pollo a la leña. Como mujer y ama de casa latina, tuve una visión de lo que me gustaría llevar a mi hogar. En muchas ocasiones, el tiempo no estaba de nuestro lado, lo que resultaba en comidas improvisadas en la mesa. Inspirada por ello, decidí crear una receta saludable, deliciosa y rápida para mi familia, pensando en las amas de casa, como yo, que a menudo carecían de tiempo para pasar horas en la cocina. I saw this place on tiktok so I decided to stop in and try the quesadilla Maya with chicken and let me tell you the quesadilla was atleast a foot long and loaded with chicken and cheese so flavorful and the chicken was still juicy all on top of a soft delicious hand made corn tortilla and the service was good very attentive and friendly I will definitely be returning

Not worth the hype drove 9 hours to eat here and OH MY GOD Horrible service, horrible cashier, I swear i could not have tried to explain in simple terms to receive the items i wanted, and asside from that for a party of 5 we paid 150, and close to 7 bucks a drink. If the price was cheaper i wouldn’t complain but its ridiculous the struggle i had trying to comprehend the logic of the cashier. Aside from that the only good thing we ate was the chicken, everything else was either salty or had lack of seasoning. I wish i was exaggerating but Jesus christ how incompetent can a human being be.

Best birria tacos we’ve ever had!! They have a dine in salsa station with different kinds of salsa and spicy pickled onions! They also have wood fire rotisserie chicken!! Such great food and people! Will be coming back soon!!
