I work in Mold Remediation, and coming into this location I noticed a smell and tried to think nothing of it. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and could clearly tell there is a mold issue in the A/C units and or the ceilings in the bathrooms Men and Women.

Just bought food on April 26th 2023 at around 11:15am. Awful service at the drive thru. The girl seemed like she didn’t want to work. I made sure to let her know I wanted my Cuban sandwich individually wrapped and my large soda to have no Ice. No instructions were followed. The cup came with what seems to be a dead bug and other black things. Disgusting! Please look inside your drink before consumption. Will report them.

ALWAY CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving. They NEVER give you what you order and they barely give the right portion for what you pay for. They can care less about customer service. I’m eating a tropichop as I write this review and bit down on a commercial staple!!!

The guy taking our order was nice, the girl at the window was the complete opposite. She must have been a mute seeing as she said nothing to us. She just put her hand out for payment, again no words. Got home and found plastic in my food…couldn’t find customer service information for this place. Doubt I will be back ever.

Although Pollo Tropical is my favorite grilled chicken chain, their grilled chicken, black beans and white rice is delicious, when it is prepared properly, this Restaurant in particular lacks proper management, personnel training and appropriate cleaning. When I ordered the family value meal of one whole chicken, white rice and black beans, the cashier named Cedric charged me 13.99 instead of 12.99 as advertised on the menu board. When I realized his mistake and pointed it at him, he laughed down in my face and asked me if I seriously want my dollar back. Aside of that I noticed dirty and sticky handrails and the self serve area. One thing is for sure, I will not come back to this location.

Lobby was locked no note.. drive thru was 40 min and I saw 6 to 8 cars leave. I was stuck in line…. once I made it to window to order and pick up food I did see they were short staffed so I am sure that was the issue. They got moved up to 3 stars because the food was good
