Pollo Tropical never fails! It’s a must stop for us every time we are in the area! Even taking it back to NY to deliver it to family members! So with that being said the food was delicious and chicken and pulled pork was nice and moist and juicy with flavors. The sweet plantain are always a treat! This location was clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming!

Second hand embarrassment for the manager. They’re so cheap. This is the meat we got off of a thigh. I’m in disbelief. I contacted corporate and they never got back to me. These prices are outrageous and the portions are extremely small. This wouldn’t even get a toddler full. We are hungry grown adults placing these orders lol. I would expect a grown adult meal not half of a happy meal. I paid $15 for a meal that left me hungry. Every year the meals become smaller and smaller. What’s going on? Oh and worst part of it all, the breast i exchanged for a thigh was put back to sell again after i just put my hands on it and picked at it that’s a serious health Hazzard omg this place is a joke. I just had left the cancer center from getting infusions for almost 4 hours so i was starving. This definitely is a place to avoid ..

Delicious, fast, and full of flavor. I love their crispy grilled chicken, tender & steamy rice, piping hot beans that are so good, and of course who can forget the soft sweet roll & delicious sauces. This place is great for a 5 lunch, and super refreshing drink. Their new mango lemonade was amazing! I wish I had more they are always so busy! But definitely go and have some yummy food with prices to match.

Terrible customer service.Our dine In order was made to go, when I asked for plates I the manager rolled her eyes. The employees ignored my requests for condiments. One employee at the register was too busy on her phone to help customers. My French fries were burnt.

Need to get more English speaking employees. When I ask questions they can’t understand English. I went in at 9pm and they, with broken English said they were out of white rice. They didn’t want to make more since they were closing at 10:30. I’m sure as busy as they were it would get sold. They had a 1hr and a half. But the chicken taste great, and reasonably priced.
