Service is usually good, but today it wasn’t. They were taking long to give us our flauta plates. After about 20 minutes, they told us they ran out of rice and it would be ready in about 15 minutes. We asked if we could have fries instead & they said no, but they could give us beans instead. We did not want beans. So when we were about to finish our flautas they brought the rice. ☹️

The girls working there were very nice and polite it was my first time coming here and they were very helpful in describing the menu and what goes with what. lobby closes before 7:40 on weekdays and at 8:40 on weekends.

Half These Reviews Are Fake But I’ll Give You The Truth Here. The Food Is Good Not Bad And The Servings Are Entirely Too Small For The Price You Pay! You’ll Get More Food At A Fast Food Spot For $4 Than You’ll Get Here For $10. The Food Came Out Faster Than A Typical Food Spot But That Is Pretty Much The Only Good Thing I Have To Say About Pollo Regio. If You Want The Most For You’re Dollar This Is Not The Place For You, Prices Are Non Realistic For The Amount Of Food They Give You. Hope This Helps 🙂

Ill come visit again. Hopefully to give it a 5 star. The reason for a 3 star was because my take out chicken was dry and it felt like it was microwaved. The skin was not crisp as when its taken out when braised. I’ll come back again

How can I say this, poor service is not the rightful term I want to use, PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I will NEVER go here again. I may not speak much Spanish, even though I am Chicana, but I don’t need to be disrespected and looked at dirty for ordering in English. That was the first mistake, the second was how my husband and I ended up with day old food that was extra dry. Seriously, $40 wasted on poor food. Now, even though there was side looks and remarks, I still kept my composure and maintained a respectful attitude towards the woman, because I was not raised to be a person with an ugly attitude towards others, ESPECIALLY if they’re YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I didn’t even want to put a star on this review, but I had to just to be able to post this. I think management here needs to get their store in order.
