Quick service and good portion size/food for the price point! I think the food is delicious and would come here again if I’m in NJ/this area. The only confusing thing is when paying that they give you the bill and you have to pay at the counter but the instruction could be more clear. Other than that I enjoyed the experience.

I honestly really loved this restaurant. And I am not giving them 1 star on food because I want to bring the restaurant down, I want them to see this and regain their past glory. Their food used to be amazing!! I truly felt at home there. Unfortunetly, after the pandemic, many restaurants went through many hardships. Looks like this location suffered alot and I hope they can get back on their feet soon. The staff is always friendly and the environment is cozy and lively. The food that’s being offered as of 2023, can really be better. They have been amazing in the past, and I know they can do it again.

I previously reviewed this place about a year ago, but recently went back with my boyfriend. The service was absolutely horrible! Everything was the worst. The waiter sat us down and ignored us for 15 minutes. Maybe he forgot about us, who knows, I had to get up and go find them. They gave us our food, but didn’t come back to check on us at all. I had to once again get up and find them. I asked them for more water AND THEY NEVER BROUGHT IT. Once I got the check they over charged me! I called them over to fix it and they were so convinced I was wrong until I made them check the menu for the correct prices. They finally changed it and I left. This is the last time I ever set foot in this place. I use to love it, I would drive hours to come eat here, but never again. I’m almost certain that this place is racist against black men.

Food has been going downhill and due to inflation, it’s just not worth it anymore. Chicken was dried af, pork chops were even worse. Fries are basic but seasoned nicely, vegetable chaufa is good, and the hot sauce is awesome.
