Simply delicious food without fancy fanfare. Home run in my book.

Their full chicken is absolutely amazing. It’s a great place to stop by on your way. Again, I HIGHLY recommend getting one of their chickens. (I believe sizes are 1/4 1/2 or full.) Overall, it’s a good place to come and eat.

Food is good but I ordered 2 tacos and a side of rice and beans. And I got there and she did ten tacos and large side of rice beans . My bill was $35 just for me! I told her what I ordered and she said I repeated ten tacos but I’m purdy sure I would have caught it. Just shocked they wouldn’t do any thing about it…

The chicken is fire , the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had in Colorado! If they had a spot in Denver, I’d definitely bring the family for a quick bite. A must try! El pollo esta a Toda martes!

Had the asada tacos and they were delicious. The meat was well seasoned and the salsa was great. Will definitely be back to try their chicken.

This is an excellent Mexican restaurant, and I believe the best one in Windsor. The grilled chicken here is truly excellent. I love the smothered burrito as well. Lunch time is busy here. Service is also top shelf.

This is what I’m talking about! The best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. We have been hearing good things about Pollos El Guero for a while, but kept trying to get in on Sunday…which is difficult because they are closed on Sundays. They are tucked in the corner of the shopping center and have a small space. We walked in and found the ordering counter with the kitchen directly behind the cashier. I could see the cooks working and they had several chickens cooking over the grill. There is a large menu on the wall by the cashier and they have several options. We ordered the nachos to start and each had the chicken chimichanga with rice and beans on the side.

5 stars, easily. Al Pastor tacos are as good as any joint in Mexico. Asada was spectacular. Roasted chicken is simply great.
