Bad service, rude, food was cold and they microwaved instead of making a new plate. Chicken temperatures need to be kept high, they had the food in a warmer, not fresh. Cashier was rude after questioning whether or not they warmed my food in the microwave. Never again, beans were all water and tomatoes. Bad bad zero stars only had the beans and rice as I returned cold chicken

Very bad service, took 45 minutes to ask what I wanted, and then asked what I ordered. They took orders from new people and left the people waiting even more longer. Employees did not ask what I want and didn’t have a paper or pen to write down my order. I can’t rate the food as they never took my order. Passed this place many times, made time today to stop by for lunch to go. Order was placed and it was ready in 5min, fast! The food I ordered “Enchipotlada Style Chicken” Platter was served hot, not too spicy though. The rice and beans had their own to go container because the main course (Chicken) had an entire full sized container dedicated to it. There was a lot! This meal could be shared with a mate and still have some left. The chicken was seasoned ok. I felt there could be more seasoned juice to dip the chicken in or douse on the meat in your tortilla. Over all OK platter and will revisit and try another style and see how that fairs.
