Stopped here while I was in Lubbock last week to grab something quick for breakfast. Got the bacon, egg & cheese burrito w/pico. It was delicious, but that’s not the real story. A couple of days later I saw that I had been overcharged on my credit card. It turns out somebody accidentally put the decimal point in the wrong place, causing my $5 burrito to significantly increase in value. Polly’s is closed on the weekend so I had to wait until Monday to contact them. When I called to let them know what happened they immediately rectified the issue & credited my account. The people I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer or provided better customer service. Thanks again to Polly’s staff for solving the problem quickly & professionally. I would highly recommend Polly’s for the great breakfast burritos & excellent customer service!

If I could give negative stars I would. Polly herself lacks communication skills and the integrity to help others. The food was gross the tortillas taste like the came out of a bag and they don’t understand what the word courteous means. I will never again go there I will never recommend them and I will always make sure that I express my poor experience not only from the staff but the owner herself. Polly learn to be professional you’re a business owner and it’s really disappointing that you would treat your potential customers with such demeaning attitude. Sorry if you’re unable to comprehend but the point is treat people with respect and have some integrity. (People skills) Polly you never apologized you just explained that you only do bacon bits with attitude and you were short with me then and I asked for a refund it was not offered and you were very rude about it and said yeah come get it. I will not miss work to entertain someone’s poor attitude so I will have some else bring it to you so you can refund me. Again there was no reason to be rude and your staff really needs to learn to be clear or understanding or hints it would be great if you would inform your staff when someone is asking for a specific item and you do not carry it don’t try to make a sale inform the customer that you do not carry the item and suggest something else its called professionalism which isn’t limited to a office but a place of business no matter what you do.

Rude service is trash i advise you to check your food before you leave because I went and ordered and got a totally opposite of what I asked for and when asked to fix my order they gave an excuse on why they couldn’t… it’s a shame because I really liked the place but i will not be revisiting ever…..

The burritos are worth the price if it actually comes With what you ordered on it. I have been charge for cheese beans and potatoes but never have they’ve gotten my order right I mean after all I am being charge for those items therefore I think you should add them on the burritos.
