First time my husband and I dined here we were treated very poorly by the hostess. We requested a table inside, however when she looked me up and down (I did have my tattoos showing) we were quickly ushered to an outdoor seat, when clearly there was plenty of open available seating inside. We dine out frequently and have never experienced this type of treatment. We greatly enjoy fine dining, but this establishment clearly prefers a different clientele. We decided to give them a second chance and our experience was just as bad the second time.

A great restaurant, particularly on a date. For some reason this was never recommended through the Vero Beach neighborhood Facebook page and only happened on it because it was available for New Years Eve. I highly recommend this place.

Just moved to vero beach and decided to give this place a try, glad I did! Dorothy was so sweet and our waiter Jacob was awesome!! I have not only been here once but twice now on 2 occasions, me moving to Florida and my moms bday and they were great with both! Food was phenomenal, such a nice place to talk and relax and service is fantastic! Highly recommend:)

We had a reservation for 7:00 pm on a weeknight. Sat right down on time. Waiter was not completely on his game. Ordered horse radish w/ NY steak entree that when steak arrived ( no horse radish ) NY Trip for $54 just mediocre at best ♂️ no steak knifes given by waiter ♂️ again not on his game . For the prices the Pollo Grill charges their service should be spot on. Had drinks at the bar after dinner. Bartender was spot on ♂️ When thinking about entree prices I would not be in a hurry to return

We went during the week so it was quiet believe only one other table was being serviced outside I noticed that the outdoor seating isn’t over crowded and there is a lot of adequate space between tables unsure if this is due to covid or the way it’s always been but it’s nice to see a place not try to cram max capacity in dining and everyone feeling like sardines.

The Ambiance was upscale elegant without being stuffy. The food was beautifully presented. After the appetizer of steak tips in an amazing tarragon infused bearnaise, I wished I had ordered a steak as it was the most tender and flavorful pieces of beef. However, my veal in a delicate gorgonzola cream sauce did not disappoint. The beef tips were by far our favorite appetizer, the calamari was amazing, and uniquely filleted not the Rings that are commonplace. The salmon ceviche was a bit flat on Flavor compared to the other two appetizers. My dining companions chose the osso buco and the salmon, both said they were very good but would order something different than salmon next time because of so many choices. They cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented. We took a pass on dessert although the key lime pie was tempting.

We had a wonderful experience at the Polo Grill. The food was delicious and the ingredients were fresh and could tell they were of high quality. In addition to the fantastic food, I must give a shout-out to our server Tristen. He was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. He struck a perfect balance of being available when we needed him while also giving us space to enjoy our meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. Best food we had while vacationing on Vero Beach. Highly recommend the scallops if you like scallops. Filet had a beautiful presentation on top of a salt block. Really good flavors and textures. Also, dog friendly! We did outdoor seating and they brought water and offered treats for our dog. Our waiter was top notch. Easily walkable from Kimpton and Holiday Inn hotel area.
