Food is always really solid. Service ebbs and flows with the crowds and then night. Servers are usually great but sometimes food is slow to the table. Conversely feels like they are trying to get you out of there as soon as you drop your knife and fork, but understandable because the place is always crowded and deservedly so. We’re here multiple times each summer as well as the off season.

We went here for a date night on a whim with no reservation. We were seated immediately, though in the corner of the restaurant by a large noisy party. We don’t normally ask to be moved, but we did. The staff were very accommodating and kind about the situation. Our server (I believe it was Lizzy?) was kind and attentive and made our dining experience that much better. We both got gnocchi and it was one of the best dishes that we’ve ever eaten. The napoleon cake was delicious and a great way to end our meal. Definitely recommend!

Dinner started off great. Our waiter “G” greeted us and engaged in friendly conversation although he came off very arrogant. A short time later we placed our appetizer order but we’re unsure on our entree. He came back a couple minutes later and we placed our entree order. About 10 minutes later our entrees came to the table. I was very disappointed with the osso-bucco special. It was a little over cooked and came with a side of pasta which turned out to be 5 pieces of pasta. My wife enjoyed her pasta entree and was completely happy with it. I asked our waiter to cancel our appetizer order since it had not come yet. He explained that he told us in the beginning that we had to place our order all at once which he never told us and rudely insisted he did. After this point his attitude was horrible towards us. Never asked how our meal was and when taking our plates was very short and rude. Upon paying our bill I asked if he could break a 20 so we could tip on cash. He came back 5 minutes later, shoved the check book into my bad and said “sorry boss all we could manage was 2 10’s” and ran off. Being a higher priced supposed to be really nice restaurant I was very annoyed and displeased. I wish I saw some of the reviews sooner. I will be visiting this restaurant again and would highly suggest picking a different place to eat.

Dinner never disappoints. We were a large party of 10 and they handled perfectly. Food gets better every time we go. Kids loved chicken parm. Bruschetta and spinaci salad were a hit. Loved my veal parm with vodka sauce! We will be back later this week is that good.

Our waiter was not very attentive. He was the older gentleman,I didn’t like the way he talked to the other servers he was very rude and condescending to them and made me feel uncomfortable. He never asked how our meal was but everybody else around us he did ask. He was rushing us put the dessert menus on the table before the bread was even taken off. I’ve been there before and had a better experience.
