Absolutely stellar food. The hummus is the creamiest, most heavenly I have ever had. Marvelous lamb, fish & the eggplant is magnificent. The cheese filled freshly made falafel are glorious. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more highly. When I go in, the staff are friendly and relaxed. When I order delivery, it arrives hot & in wonderful, earth friendly stainless steel containers from Dispatch Goods. Just the best!

Great fresh dishes with wonderful outdoor seating. The salads are really impressive with fun and inventive combinations. The house made fruit drinks are delicious. Alcoholic drinks are a bit pricey, but I guess that’s normal for Bay Area these days

Everything we ate was delicious! The stuffed falafel were a wonderful take on one of my favorite dishes. All the different salads and hummus were fantastic. We ended our meal with a delightful dessert that was impossible to resist.

We happened on this place on a weekend morning and it already had a good amount of customers seated at their outdoor tables. Of the food we ordered (small mezze dishes similar to Spanish tapas), we had some hits and misses. I definitely feel that I could have ordered something else of their menu that would knock my socks off so I guess I’ll have to go back another day to try some of their other items. I also felt that the food was a bit pricy for the experience but I guess what isn’t these days.

Yummy! The falafel bites with cheese were really tasty! The butternut squash salad was lovely, as was the lamb rice bowel. The fried cauliflower dish was kind of greasy and regrettable.

I ordered three rice plates: one lamb and two salmon except when I checked my receipt I was charged an additional $4 for the salmon plates and an additional $1.50 for the lamb??

I barely ever leave reviews but had to rave about the Brussels sprouts!! They are so amazing, sweet and savory, perfectly crunchy…that goes for the spiced nuts as well. Both were so good. I also ordered the hummus plate with falafel which was really good too. The dolmas were a little disappointing because they were very sweet but maybe I’m just not used to that. I got their Persian soup too which was good but I did have to add some salt and spice. Anyways, nothing could’ve taken me down from five stars after trying the Brussels.

I ordered Pomella catering for my graduation party and it was a huge hit! The food was absoluteley divine, and the portions incredibly generous (you will have amazing leftovers) and multiple guests commented on how good it all was. Thank you to Pomella for making my event so special. As a side note, as other reviews have mentioned, the eggplant is incredible.
