I will start by saying we loved the food! I had tried to call to make a reservation a few times and left a message with my name and when we wanted reservations but did not get any response and did not have reservations when we arrived. However, it was 5:15 and they were not busy so we were seated immediately. We chose to sit up by the window which I slightly regret cause the sun eventually comes right in and you get pretty warm. We ordered lobster stuffed mushrooms, and bruschetta to start. You only get 4 mushrooms but they were pretty delicious. The bruschetta was great, not individually sliced pieces of cheese, just a big block of mozzarella but it worked out and presented well. We ordered two main dishes that we shared; the Veal Piccata and the Veal Scallopini. They were both very good but I enjoyed the Veal Scallopini the best. The mix of artichoke, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and capers was very delightful and provided an array of flavors. The veal was cooked just right and was a decent portion for the dish. Pomodori is among the top restaurants that we have had in Medford and will likely go again.

Great experience dining here. We came from out of town looking for a tasty bite and some drinks. This place delivered. Great service, food and drinks!

My daughter loves Italian food so when we travel it’s a must we sample the local Italian. She wanted to try Pomodori but I was skeptical because of some of the reviews. We ordered Bruschetta as an appetizer and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo and I ordered the salmon. The Cesar salad was also great with a creamy dressing. My daughter enjoyed the chicken Alfredo and I can honestly say that the salmon was the best I have ever had. It comes with some spinach, mushrooms, and a few artichoke hearts, all on top of a creamy sauce with capers. Very very good. My daughter ordered cheesecake for desert and I stole a bite. Pretty good NY style. I took a pic of the bruschetta but forgot the salmon and cheesecake.

The drinks were great and very creative! Had a Paloma and a $ex Tape. They were both good pours for the cost. The bread was fresh and crisp with delicious butter! I had the salmon picata with side Ceasar salad (the dressing is made in house and is so fresh!) which were so so yummy and the portions were fantastic! Ordered the meatball bolognese to go for my husband but admit I snuck a bite and talk about YUM! The service was great for our party of 5 despite them being very busy. Great Italian food with a fun weekend atmosphere for a good price. Would come back for sure!

First off, I love how late they were open! It was nice to not walk into a restaurant at 8:15 and be rushed (as happened at the restaurant before we showed up to Pomodori that we ultimately ended up leaving). Secondly, their Caesar salad has real Caesar dressing using anchovies!! Many might not know this but a true Caesar has this ingredient. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff members were kind and accommodating. The entrees had good portion sizes as well. Thanks for having us and we’ll be back!

Pomodori had a lot of great options on the menu both for food and drink. We had four dishes and they were all excellent. The atmosphere was laid back. It would be a great place for a date night or a pleasant evening for drinks with friends. The prices were reasonable and the portions were good.

Oh my gosh! Everything was amazing. I had my first Paloma cocktail drink for starters & loved it. My main course was lobster fettucini with garlic cream sauce. So good! The server was friendly& not overbearing. My husband & I enjoyed the meal tremendously.

Love it! I wish they had a branch in California. Portions are huge and price is just right. We ordered 4 pasta dishes to share amongst 6 of us and boy were we stuffed. And most important, everything was Delicious! Couldn’t stop thinking about this dinner all the way till the next day. Glad we happened upon it on our road trip up to Portland. Will definitely return when we have the chance.

We found this cute restaurant looking to find a change in where we eat. The restaurants does not open up until 5pm. When we arrived after 5pm the door were still locked. The wait staff are a group of young adults running a very nice restaurant. The female who never gave us her name let us seat our selves. She did come back and asked us what we wanted to drink, I had to ask about specials or any recommendations. The bar area is where all the other wait staff hung out and never got out in the restaurant to take care of the customers. We had appetizers of Claims in white wine and butter sauce and some type fried wonton stuffed with cream cheese and spinach which were amazing. Eve the the little salad had a salad dressings honey and Chile. The Caesar salads tasted great with hint of anchovy. Our main meals were Chicken Picante and spouse had Chicken Alfredo. This is were everything went wrong.. My chicken was rubbery and they poured half the bottle of capers and juice into my spaghetti. My spouses cream sauce was curdle. It had big chunks of Broccoli . The main dishes were horrible. I don’t think there is any check or balance in the kitchen who are tasting what is going out of the kitchen. I’m not sure that I will be back. There is potential in this restaurant but they need to find a new chief…. Yuk on the main dishes

I had the Scallop scallopini, but the Chicken Marsala and Salmon Piccata sounded amazing! Vanessa made excellent recommendations, but make reservations on weekends: we personally heard them turn away 15 people. The mixed drinks are super fun (better than the local wine I also tried), but we can’t wait to bring friends back in Fall & Winter to try more. LOL I’ve got tons of food allergies, so the salad was bland but safe. My entree was really pretty good! You need dessert (flourless chocolate cake & sorbet) got gluten free & vegan folks. Vanessa was the best server with the cutest earrings ever.
