Dang good seafood with lots of local fresh choices. Place was clean with no overwhelming seafood stench. Staff was nice and process pretty good for what you get. Lots of locals eating there which is always a good sign. Time from ordering to receiving was about 10 minutes; very nice. Everything was good but the flounder which i usually love was a bit bland. Overall, very good food. Highly recommended.

This was a good lunch spot,We went for lunch a little after one, but had to wait around 20 to 30 minutes before getting seated because the kitchen was slow that day. We ordered the whole fried pompano and the black draw both fish turned out very well, and tasted very fresh! The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, but the food service is very slow.

With a big variety of seafood options, you’ll be coming back here again to try your next temptation on their menu. I had the stuffed shrimp, which comes as either grilled or fried. I opted for the grilled option wondering exactly what that would be like, and they were delicious – with a very light breaded coating which probably sauteed in it’s own individual serving dish in a hot oven as it was delicately light, fluffy, and golden brown. I would love to try the fried version as well. My friend had the Gumbo which was quite good, and had a Cajun pasta dish which was also reportedly delicious. I’ll be back!

We had the scallop and shrimp kabobs, and fried shrimp and flounder. Those dishes were cooked perfectly scallops and shrimp kabobs were lightly seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fried platter was breaded lightly and not overcooked. Service was fantastic and atmosphere is excellent. We did not have children in our group but there were several tables with young children. Very family-oriented lots of seating. Fantastic! Highly recommended

Large dining area with no wait on a Saturday at 5:00pm. Say I’m an area by the kitchen which was pretty dark with little to no lighting. The first item brought to the table by Abel the waiter was rolls and butter. The butter tasted stale and like refrigerator. The next item ordered was the Pompanos nachos the chips were really stacked with cheese and toppings making the chips very soggy. The crab was on the nachos but I didn’t taste any shrimp or see it. The last item ordered which took a bit to arrive was the oyster sampler. Most of the styles were grilled on bottom but didn’t feel as if they had heat applied to the topping making the bottom hot but the toppings cold and or soggy especially the Rockefeller. I would definitely change out the pickled jalapeños for fresh. Our server Abel was very nice and attentive. Nice music playing in the dining area and bathroom.

I gotta say first, this place is extremely clean. Our server Mireya was super friendly and did an exceptional job. We had raw oysters, char grilled oysters, gator tail, frog legs, fried catfish, crab stuffed mushrooms, softshell crab, dirty rice and hush puppies. All of it was freaking awesome. Best show in town!!!!

Arrived at Pompanos Seafood House and at the greeting station met Sisi who greeted me with a smile and guided me to a seat at the bar. Melissa is the bartender and got me a beer while I looked over the menu. I decided on the Crab Stuffed Mushrooms for an appetizer and the Seafood Stew for dinner. The mushrooms were very good and the parmesan crust made the dish. The Seafood Stew was solid and the tomato base was perfect for the dish while the vegetables were perfectly Al dente. For me I would have rather have the shrimp P/D and maybe a larger clam but overall a good stew.

The food was delicious, hot, and came out really quick. Jimmy D was our waiter. He was awesome! I ordered a boil and it was yummy. The stuffed mushrooms were good too! The atmosphere was nice and not too loud. I will definitely be returning.
