Worst service at beginning, during, and at the end. We ordered a Botana Zapata for five. We ordered the Botana to have beef, chicken, shrimp, and nopalitos. The Botana had mostly nachos, cheese, and quesadias. We had a difficult time finding the beef and chicken. Waiters were slow, nonexistent. Waiters were not around to complain about the food. At least three times, we had to ask for the waiters. At the end, when we complained to the manager, all we were offered was a credit for a free all beef Botana for the next time. Very disappointing. I do not recommend the service or food.

Visiting area and pneeded to do an updated review. This place is not it. Dark seating area, service was slow and it was not crowded. Had 4 empty tables in between next guests. Drinks were not it. The sweet tea was instant Lipton Tea, the lemonade was not fresh tasted like country time. Had the Sandia Rita, that too was just water no flavor or alcohol. Chips and salsa was not good either; salsa was Pico de gallo and a red salsa that had no flavor. Food was ok, seemed blan for my liking. I had the floutas, my party ordered, entomatadas independencia, fajita tacos, reynosa. Tacos and reynosa was good, the entomatadas was not. It was lacking flavor and had too much cheese. Will not come back. Save your money. Go else where.

I hardly ever visit but when I do, this is one place I must go. Friendly attentive staff. Great food. Great drinks. Great music. Great everything. I really love making this my 1st stop. They should really think about opening up a location in Dallas. I’d go every week.

Very hot summer day and Robert, from Reynosa, made sure to accommodate me and my dog. Delicious homemade lemonade and a very filling tasty beef ribs plate. Highly recommend eating here!

Excellent food! We have eaten here twice when we go to the valley. It’s on our list of place that we will always go to now! Look at this taco I had taken about 6 pieces of meat off of it before the picture.

I was staying at the hotel next door. They suggested this place. I was skeptical since typically restaurants next to hotels have been disappointing. This place was good. Service was good. Everyone was friendly. Ordered the Pancho Especial. Comes with a chile relleno, one cheese enchilada, one flouta, rice and beans.

The food was very delicious. The meat was tender and the tortillas were fresh. And they had my unsweetened tea. I would say the best Mexican food that I have had in the stats. It is on the higher price side. And it was dark in the restaurant could use a little bit more soft lighting. I will definitely come back to try something else.

There was a strong odor when I walked into the dining area. It smelled like heavy grease from a canning factory. It was very strong and unpleasant. The tampiqueña was tasty. The blended strawberry margarita was good.
